    Caramel Flan Latte

There are some reviews I like to keep short and sweet, and this is one of them. Located right across from the flamingo habitat entrance, Cortadito Coffee House is right next to Havana 1957 (same owners?). In fact, the restaurant and this coffee house connects. I highly recommend the Caramel Flan Latte! I got it iced and opted for half sweet with almond milk. OH MY GOODNESS, caffeine is nice and strong! Whooo I was wired up real good the majority of the afternoon. My iced latte was made just right! Just look at the picture! Besides coffee, there's also matcha available too for all the non coffee drinkers.

Found this cute spot at the Flamingo this morning and it was worth every penny. There are no substitutions food comes how it comes. I was pleasantly surprised how much i loved everything. We tried the tres leche latte we just added our owj sugars. We got the breakfast sandwich and even with mayo it was not dry. The breakfaat wrap was so good lots of flavor and the guacamole is so fresh. The empanada we had to try it too was worth it. Tasted like all the empanadas I had growing up so authentic. The croquette was ok something was missing maybe cause it was cold. Nevertheless this breakfast was a great start.

10/10 would recommend. The coffee was so bomb and much needed. The avocado toast was simple but good. This place is a bit pricey compared to other coffee shops but the coffee is really good. Some seating is available but limited.

My girl friend had been getting me hyped up to go to this place... but we had so much fun the night before she wasn't able to make it... I got up and laced up the kicks and went with the hubby... We tried the chicken empanada and it was delicious! The lady at the counter was cool... she explained my drink and the food we ordered just to make sure we were sure we wanted them so that was a plus. On our way out I seen the bags of coffee but there was so many people waiting I didn't want to get back in line... next time!

100% perfection! We arrived and got our order in. They didn't have chai lattes, but I got a vanilla latte. The wait wasn't long. The drink was amazing! Very creamy and strong! The music was banging too! We were all dancing while waiting for all of our coffee. We did have a celebrity sighting - Jamie Kennedy! He was nice enough to take pictures! After we crossed the hall to go see the flamingos! We didn't go back on our trip because we wanted to try other places, but this was top notch!

I like the cafe bon bon but sometimes when it's made with too much condensed milk it's like sludge.. so hopefully in the future that drink is made more mindfully, i will try it again next time I'm in Vegas but I won't go back if it's made like that again cuz it's undrinkable :/

Extremely overpriced coffee. Spent about $20 for a black coffee and a vanilla latte (size small). That is crazy. It was very crowded. Luckily there was also a self ordering kiosk. The drinks took forever to come out. Two of ours took so long we thought they forgot about us. But they were so busy you couldn't even ask the status. I know they were probably working hard though!!

If you're looking for a break from the other coffee places found all over town, stop by here. Located in the Flamingo hotel/casino, conveniently near the elevators, they offer a bit of something to kick start your day. You can stand in the line to provide your order to the worker, or use the digital kiosk. I used the kiosk and found it easy to use. My order came out in about 5-7 minutes. I thought it was quite quick, figuring there were a few patrons. The decor is simple and there is some seating. You can have your drink and food there or take it to go.

Returned to the Cortadito Coffee House and had an amazing Cortadito (a Cuban coffee drink made with espresso "cut" by a small amount of steamed milk). Since there was a good amount of customers already enjoying their purchase, I placed my order on their existing kiosk screen. The process was user friendly and was presented in a timely fashion. Every drop of my Cortadito was enjoyable, the coffee was not overly strong, and is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Caramel latte!

Its cute little coffee shop is located inside the flamingo hotel. We got two lattes and a chocolate croissant and a beef empanada for $37. It is quite overpriced, but the empanada was delicious and the lattes were very good. The chocolate croissant wasn't warmed so it was just OK. The service is very quick and efficient. Turnaround times are very quick so there's always open tables. I do recommend if you are staying at the flamingo.

    Avocado toast

Service was great, everyone was so friendly. They do not have fresh juice contrary to what the website says. The avocado toast was pretty basic. It comes with sprouts and sunflower seeds sprinkled on top. There's a lot of avocado, definitely get your moneys worth! The avocado toast as a whole was pretty basic as there was not much flavor. It's made with a multigrain slice that is toasted, tasted a bit stale. If you want to add egg, you have to go to their associated restaurant next-door. I did this, but they were out of avocado toast so I ordered egg there and the avocado toast at the coffee shop. I ordered to go and I would not get this again.

Giving 5 stars due to the fact that the lady taking orders was super nice and friendly. We ordered gelato which isn't gelato. It should be called ice cream. I've traveled all over Europe so I know my gelato, this is ice cream. The flavor was all right. I had chocolate and it had little chocolate bits in the ice cream. The service was quick even tho a lady in front of us ordered a ton of drinks and sandwiches

I'm surprised at the lower reviews for this place because I genuinely think that the coffee is good. I will, however, admit that if you are looking for traditional Cuban coffee, you won't be getting that here, so I understand the disappointment with that. And I will also say that pricing here is pretty high. Service, however, is great and the people working here are friendly and accommodating. There was a pretty long line but we didn't have to wait too long for our drinks. The dining/seating area is super cute and I find the decor to be fun and inviting. The seating is comfortable and nicely spaced out. The music isn't too loud to be able to hear conversation. Overall, I'll keep coming back in but I understand why you may not.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal.
