I stopped by Illy Caffè at The Venetian for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience! Since I wasn't sure what to order, I asked the server for a recommendation, and he suggested the Caramello Macchiato. It was absolutely amazing--smooth espresso, sweet caramel, and a hint of vanilla, perfectly balanced to satisfy any coffee lover. I also ordered the avocado and arugula toast, which was delicious. The portion size was generous enough to make it a satisfying meal. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hearty, enjoyable breakfast or snack. The café was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try more from the menu.

Wow! The best coffee In Las Vegas!! We got their vanilla latte and it's like crack! Service was great too!

We walked the illy Cafe often since it's in the between the Palazzo and Venetian towers. The Gelatos and Sorbet options are plentiful. The lines always seem very long because people crave sweets into the later hours of Vegas nights. The location can definitely get crowded and impede the foot traffic. They do have tables indoors too but it's a challenge to find seating. We've visited a few times. The service is fine and try their best to get customers served. However, the prices are steep. We ordered 2 single scoop items and it was almost $16-17 and I think credit card has a service charge. The single scoop cups are tiny and just don't seem worth it. I loved the selection, but the scoop size didn't match up for me. I understand The Vegas Strip prices are inflated, but after that recent visit I rather do more research to find some other desserts to satisfy our cravings.

We drop by to get a quick snack and coffee in the afternoon, the place was fairly crowded and the staffs were very busy serving customers and didn't have time to keep the cafe clean so there are leftover plates and cups on empty tables, not a good scene. Their cakes and coffee are about average, considering it's in the hotel food court this is expected. Wish they could keep the place more tidy.

My daughter and I had just come from enjoying the Arte Museum and wanted dessert, so we went across to the Cosmopolitan to see what was there. We were headed to another dessert place but illy Cafe was right at the entrance there, so we stopped to look at what they had. All of the desserts looked great! The wait for the woman on the gelato side to approach the counter we were standing at was the issue. There were at least 3 people working behind the counter. They made eye contact but seemed preoccupied with invisible work. We decided to walk away to see other options around. My daughter wanted the illy gelato more than the other place, so we went back. This time there was a family in line and one guy didn't hesitate to help them so I figured maybe he would help us too. He did. My daughter got 3 scoops and I got the caramel cheesecake. When he gave us our desserts he told us the lady (who ignored us) would ring us up. I asked her what coffee drink would pair well with my cheesecake. She said, "I can't change it." which made no sense so I figured she didn't understand what was asking. I didn't want to try to ask again so I just ordered the rose latte. My daughter got an iced matcha. She rang us up and gladly swung that monitor around for me add a tip and sign my name. After being ignored and she made no effort to understand my question about drink suggestions, I didn't want to leave a tip but I did. The cheesecake was good. The drink was ok. My daughter enjoyed both her gelato and matcha. $42.96 for those 4 items. Would we go back? No.

Adorable caffe. Three of us got coffees that were delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. I hope to see more of these caffes pop up around town. Definitely recommend!

The gelato here is genuinely excellent--rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I tried a couple of scoops and they were a highlight of my visit, definitely some of the better gelato I've had. Unfortunately, the employee who served me wasn't very kind or welcoming at all. They seemed rushed and a bit grouchy, which made the whole experience feel unwelcoming. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but it really brought down what could have been a great visit. Not sure if I would come back for the gelato alone if I was in the area, but the service at least on this day could use some improvement.

Alright, is it 2 stars, maybe not but I don't feel right giving it 3. To pay that much and wait that long for a below mediocre egg sandwich is such a let down. I was wondering if they were squeezing the eggs out of the chicken in the kitchen. I found much better breakfast options for the rest of my trip. This place is a tourist trap and a hard pass for me. If you're at Cosmopolitan you're better off going to a random Sportsbook for breakfast.

Just want a quick bite and was next to illy. So decided to get a breakfast sandwich. The ice cream line is long and needed to wait in that line to get to the cafe. Once we get up front, was told it would take another 20 min. OMG... i already wasted time in line and went through with it. They have a screen on the payment asking for tip! WHAT!?! You need to look down to see the skip button. What service has been provided to ask for tips???? Then saw the receipt that a 2% fee is charged for credit card. I'm so mad now. I haven't even gotten the food and is already pissed off. Food didn't look good.

Medium Cup $8.19+tax+2% credit card fee. You can pick 2 flavors with the medium flavor but she only gave me a little of the 2nd flavor tiramisu and I am glad. Tiramisu was grainy. Bf said his cookies n cream was grainy as well. Raspberry Truffle was good.

YUM! Gelato is delicious and creamy. Great location and cute seating area. We were a bit bummed since we couldn't sample and definitely on the pricier side, but worth it - so delish.

I tried the Nutella coffee crunch & hazelnut gelato flavors- the hazelnut was much better. There was a good pull to the gelato but it was way too foamy and lukewarm for me to say this is worth returning to.

I stopped by Illy for a hot latte. The drink was decent, but the wait was longer than expected. It wasn't peak hours, yet we still had to take a buzzer and wait for the drink. I like their espresso cups display on the counter, it makes you feels they have the best coffee in town. They offer plenty of ice cream flavors along with some delicious-looking desserts. The staff were friendly, but I do wish the drinks could come out a little faster.

I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. Teach your baristas to put a little more care into explaining the coffees on bar and what's available on pour over. I wanted a single-origin coffee so I asked the barista taking my order. She said the espresso wasn't single origin but said they offer single origin pour overs but told me it would take 10-15 minutes. She then handed me a laminated sheet with all of their offerings and I chose the Mexico but she said that's what was on espresso....? I got confused because she told me there wasn't a single origin on espresso? Anyway.... the paper she handed me stated that a pour over will take 3-5 minutes, yet she told me 10-15 minutes twice. So I called the bluff. The place was empty. I ordered the pour over anyway, sat down, and sure enough, my coffee was ready in about 3-5 minutes. It almost seemed like she didn't want to make the pour over because she recommended an americano. Specialty coffee needs more transparency, more education, and more passion. If you're a coffee roaster, your staff should be excited to talk about the coffees they're serving--not discourage people from ordering them. I sensed laziness. If you see a customer struggling to pick a coffee, recommend something that's fruit forward or something that's more classic. Don't wait for the customer to ask, ask THEM what they like and work off the customer. Care a little bit more. This was my first and last impression. Vesta Coffee will be my go-to.

The only thing worth mentioning is that they don't seem to keep much cash on hand, so if you're paying with cash, it's a good idea to bring smaller bills since they usually aren't able to break anything larger than a $20. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I didn't even bother reading reviews beforehand, I just went and honestly I'm so glad I did because this ended up being one of the biggest surprises of the trip. The parking lot itself was pretty quiet, but there was a steady flow of people going in and out which is usually a good sign. Inside there's plenty of seating and it definitely felt like one of those cafes that could easily become a study/work spotor casual hangout place. I was also really impressed by how big their menu was. They had acai bowls, sandwiches, burritos, toast, milk teas, espresso drinks, and even a jasmine mule that immediately caught my attention. Their mint mojito latte sounded really good too, but I ended up deciding to try a couple drinks from the seasonal menu instead. We got the tiramisu matcha latte and the banana foster latte. The employees were super friendly and checked in to see if we needed help deciding, which honestly felt extra appreciated after being in the car for that long. Our drinks came out pretty quickly and the very first thing I noticed was the cream-to-drink ratio. When I say these drinks were loaded with cream top. I mean loaded. My tiramisu matcha was probably like 20% cream and the banana foster looked almost half cream at first glance. The cream itself is super thick too, not one of those light cold foams that disappears after two sips. But honestly? That tiramisu matcha latte might've just blown a lot of the matcha spots I've tried in San Diego out of the water. The matcha itself was bold, earthy, and very matcha forward, but that thick tiramisu cream on top cut through it perfectly. It made the drink taste rich without becoming overwhelmingly heavy. I literally kept thinking about this drink for the rest of the trip. The banana foster latte was good too, but definitely more of what you'd expect flavor wise. Caramel banana vibes, smooth espresso, solid overall, but the tiramisu matcha completely stole the spotlight for me. My only complaint is honestly just how thick the cream tops are. They're so dense that you kind of have to stir everything together. I'm usually someone who likes to sip both the foam and drink together at the same time, but that wasn't really possible here because the cream barely moves. Still delicious though. I genuinely wish I grabbed another drink on the drive back home because I have not stopped thinking about that tiramisu matcha since. Next time I'm back in Vegas, this is absolutely a spot I'm returning to.

I loved the creme brûlée so much that I ended up getting more from the Cafe Lola at the Caesars Palace the next day lol. It didn't give me any heartburn. It is so delicious you must try it. This shop is small and doesn't have a lot of seating so it felt very tight and crowded. So we got the donuts and the pizzas to go. Overall the best donuts I ever had. I can say that without doubt...

Updating my review after a few years of this place being open…read more The staff is not very kind or happy and has no desire to be there. We had a to go order and one additional item that had to be heated up and they gave it to us on a plate, when we asked it be put in a Togo box the woman didn't say a word, just took it and walked away and dropped it into a box and threw it back on the counter. When we opened our box of donuts they were literally batter. Not cooked at all. I brought them back in and they did give us a refund but said the won't offer new ones because they are probably all like that (as they pack others orders) The last few times we have gone the food has been bad bad. And the service isn't great (they blamed it on new people being hired) We won't be back. Very over priced and thru ridiculous claim that they are the first couture bakery is a stretch
