This is a great option at Caesar's that's very casual but also delicious. To be fair I've only tried the strawberry limoncello but it was one of the best things I've ever had. The food that is displayed does all look very good but I'll have to try it next time I'm at the hotel. This is open to a very large hallway so you'll be seated next to a lot of tourists walking by. Get in line and order at the counter for fast casual service. I love how colorful and bright the space is and there's also plenty of seats. After a late night event that involved more standing around to chat and drink than eating, I was thankful Pronto by Giada was open. They have a grab and go section that made it easy to take food to our room. I hadn't eaten a salad in Vegas for days so the Cobb salad was my choice. A good one too. The food exceeded our expectations, and it is definitely a grab and go place with high quality food. Located within Caesar's Palace, this eatery has a grab and go food and a wine section. The grab and go options are warm breakfast sandwiches, bagels, pastries and coffee. There is also a refrigerated section of salad and cold drinks. For our breakfast, we ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and a ham/egg sandwich. The salmon Benedict was lovely with poached eggs, delicious sauce, and a side of roasted finger potatoes. The egg/ham sandwich was also delicious with generous serving size. Our bill came to $45, and we took the food to our room. Service was quick and the cashiers are friendly. Came as a stop on a food tour. The decorations were purposeful and spoke to Giada's family background. There was a chef's jacket of hers in a frame on the wall. Very petit lady. Our guide shared that Giada studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She was a food stylist before having a show on the food network. We had a choice of a Nutella gelato or strawberry lemon ice. Have been here a few times, starting back in 2019, also 2023, and again in 2025 a few times. Sorry to say it's gone way downhill. The service is super slow, but also indifferent to customers. The coffee was so watered down and weak. They were out of some coffee drinks and couldn't be bothered to fill the coffee cups with the already brewed coffee after 15 minutes of waiting. The iced coffee was like sour coffee water, and the hot coffee was tepid, barely warm. I remember when this place was okay, but definitely declined. I will not come back there for coffee or snacks. Grabbed a Tom Collins from the bar while waiting for our buffet reservation. The Tom Collins was made amazingly, with a good hand of alcohol. Our bartender definitely made our day, and we had a super fun and engaging conversation with him! Hoping he gets to go on a trip to Japan soon. Italian panini is the way to go. Just know they are pre packaged in plastic, which I didn't expect.. but they unwrap it and warm it up and it was absolutely delicious. My husband said it was his favorite sandwich. Turkey and avocado panini is good but eat it before the Italian because it tastes bland compared to how flavorful the Italian is. This little bakery is located inside of Caesars, you would never notice it if you didnt look it up prior, but it was very cute inside. I only ordered the gelato: nutella and a lemon flavor. For gelato, I wasnt super blown away by the flavor of the nutella, but im not sure if my expectations for gelato were higher. It had more of a subtle taste versus packing a big hazelnut taste. The lemon flavor on the oher hand was a nice kick a lemon and had a nice smooth sorbet texture. Staff was a but slow here, but if youre not in a rush and want to just sit and enjoy your dish, this would be a cute place to chill. read more
