One thing to note is that the gelato has limited hours, despite the patisserie itself being open 24/7. It can be a little disappointing when you're craving gelato outside those hours. Also seating can be limited as it is right off the casino, but they do offer to-go options so you can take it to the conference space or hotel room. She even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated since I hadn't asked for one. When I arrived to pick up my cake at 2:00 p.m., I was absolutely stunned. The mini cake was gorgeous! The design was flawless and matched exactly what I had envisioned. It honestly looked too beautiful to eat--but I definitely will! The quality, attention to detail, and presentation are outstanding. From the customer service to the final product, everything was wonderful. My husband and I were annoyed and it melted so fast as we were eating it. I hate wasting food. I knew if we asked to get a fresh one, then it would just be thrown out.
