I gotta give this place credit for being open 24/7 and having a decent salad on the menu. Not gonna lie, upon receiving this salad, it looked underwhelming. Also, the name of the salad escapes me. But as I dug in, I enjoyed the ingredients. The lemon vinaigrette really made the salad and I appreciate the mix of diced sweet potatoes, quinoa, other grains (maybe wheatberries?), pepitas, and broccolini, which made this a filling meal! https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/market-cafe-vdara-las-vegas-3?start=390&select=jDoB2vlUCKAQ3XGEI1lUqA I truly appreciate having this vegan option after all the other restaurants closed for the evening. Bonus points for also being a decent daytime hang. I had already checked out of my room and needed a place to attend a zoom workshop. This cafe isn't overcrowded with customers, so I felt comfortable with my tea and laptop.

Not sure about the food, but the desserts are amazing! I have been looking for a chocolate cake that sufficed my craving and happy to say that I have. The cake was so moist and had a chocolate shell. If you aren't a chocolate fan, it would definitely be too much for your tastebuds. For me, this is exactly what I was looking for.

Good selection of various foods, drinks, snacks, and sundry items. The raspberry cheesecake was amazing! The service needs so improvement. The cashiers were not friendly because they tried to ignore us as we approached the register. They proceeded to carry on a conversation in Spanish the whole time that they rang us up. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. However, you shouldn't expect the greatest service as this is a fancy hotel convenience store. Bright, open, sleek, and modern is how I'd describe this place. It is definitely fitting of the hotel that it occupies!

Pros: open 24 hours. One side of the market has grab and go snacks, drinks, and frozen food, as well as toiletries. At the counter, you can order pastries, sandwiches and specialty coffees. Service is quick & efficient...and you can charge to your room. I went here twice during my stay at the Vdara. One morning, I got the cheesecake and an almond croissant to share. The croissant was fresh, flaky, and not overly sweet. The cheesecake was very cute, topped with fresh raspberries; and was delicious as well. I also ordered a hazelnut latte both days (for my mom) and she had no complaints. Cons: expensive, but it's expected. Spent close to $9 for a large flavored latte!

Vdara was perfect but the Vdara market cafe not so much. The employee working when I visited seemed like he just hated being there and it showed. From the start of the transaction to the end. I knew I wouldn't be coming back. Once my sushi was ready I was called to the front to pick it up. I was given one soy sauce I asked for another and you woulda thought I asked for a jar. Once I find the receipt I will update with employee name. Sad that these days that good customer service doesn't seem to matter. Pros: convenience, sushi was good Cons: expensive, employee they doesn't want to be there

Love the hours of Market Cafe Vdara! Just a short 6 minutes walking distance from Cosmopolitan (or Aria), they are open after midnight when everywhere else is closed. If you're craving a Hot Mocha or a croissant at 3am, Market Cafe Vdara is your go-to place. Clean, quick, and convenient is what comes to mind when I am here. 8/10 - Highly Recommended!

I would say this would be a good option if you just wanna grab something quick to eat, but the service was actually so slow. There's no system if you want to have your food heated up, so you just wait on the side until they call your food. But they somehow forgot about my order, and then when it was done heating up, gave it to someone who had ordered after me. I could tell the workers felt bad so I'm not really mad at them but they really need to figure all of this out because it wasn't even busy at the time. That being said, the food is good and pretty filling. I was a big fan of the watermelon juice as it was very refreshing but it was also quite expensive.

It's a smaller version of the patisserie in Aria so they carry a lot less items but everything is good and the place is bright and welcoming. On Sunday night I wanted an almond croissant for my breakfast the next morning but all of aria spots were sold out, however here they had them and they were cheaper!! $6.50!!

The coffee at this place is hit or miss. I had a mocha one day and it was pretty good. I had one another day, made by the same person, and it was absolutely terrible. The Starbucks 50 feet away is a better option as long as the line isn't down to the Bellagio. They also have sandwiches and other items for purchase (beer, snacks, etc.). It's perfect if you absolutely need something and don't feel like venturing out for it. However you will pay a premium for some things.

Breakfast sandwich - came out piping hot! :)

Market and Cafe located in the lobby of the Vdara offering breakfast pastries, sandwiches, lovely desserts, coffee and various beverages. They also had a small section to pick up any toiletries and alcohol. Clean, convenient (open 24/7) and nice option to grab a quick bite. The hot items were delivered super hot from the coffee to the breakfast sandwich that we actually had to let it cool before sipping/eating. Much appreciated as it shows everything was freshly made. Pricing on the higher side (ie: fresh orange juice $8) but expected. Set up for self service: order at the counter, find a table and wait for your name to be called.

I'd come to Vegas just to get the almond croissant here. I eat one everyday. I have looked for one like this everywhere back home in Texas but no one makes these. Flaky, buttery, filled with almond cream, covered in slivered almonds. It's just so good! We've had the ham and cheese panini that was very tasty! Fresh and hot. My husband loves their fruit parfait too. I'm sure we will try other things but I'm addicted to these crazy good croissants!!

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.
