Well I was in the gate before the closing time so technically since I was in the facility before the 8pm time I should be able to leave the facility by ORS laws not be held against my own will. I have had some hiccups here and there and they have been great about communicating with me until July of this year. My bank account was hacked and I had trouble getting into my bank account. I spoke to Roxanne several times and got it all taken care of, or so I thought. I set my card up on auto pay via there website. It was not until the last week of September when I went to go get some of my stuff that I found out they locked me out. I called them and played phone tag with them for a week and then had enough and went into the office. New managers did not know that. Found out that my storage unit was not paid for and when I tried to make a payment they said they could not take a partial payment. To my surprise the amount I owed was $100 more than the amount I thought. No explanation just that my storage unit was up for action at the end of this month. They gave me a number to call the corporation office. Tania was very defensive and more less called me a liar. Said I receive the lien notice. Which to this day I do not have and never was served. My emergency contact was never notified either and per the lease agreement they would. Then she said I never set up auto pay which I did, twice. Once back in July and then again in September when I found out. Then she said they emailed me and that there was notes. Yet the only email I have from July to now from them is from her a day before this conversation. After being called a liar and her refusal to help resolve the issue I asked to speak to her manager, the owner. She said he would call the following day 4pm or after. Still no reply from him via email or phone. Today I got a letter in the mail explaining all my fee's but still not lien notice. Per Oregon law they must provide. Now I am tied up in legal fees and attorney fees to sue them. Please do not trust them. I do not know what happened in the last few months but their business has gotten very poor. When I explained…read moreI had purchased a few things online for an impending move, the owner/clerk (I forget his name, darn) was kind enough to recommend reducing the amount of tape I purchase because I did not need that much. He also compared a package deal with my purchase of indvidual boxes at my request, and he concluded quickly for me that the individual boxes were better, because I could return any that I didn't use. He emphasized with my concern that some of the collected items being moved were not worth the shipping costs, and commented he often mentions to customers that sentimentality someimes inflates the value of an item to be moved. We are moving to another state, so yes, that's an expensive emotion. I needed shipping tubes and a postage scale. He recommended FedEx and Harbor Freight. Thinking I could maximize my time, I ended up trying other places and to my chagrin, only FedEx has the shipping tubes, and Harbor Freight was the only place that had a postage scale of the size that I needed. Later, when I was returning my boxes, I realized with dismay that I didn't have my receipt. He was quick to say, he could look up the purchase on my credit card and completed the return for me, sans receipt. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs moving supplies.

Example: Ug not tell correct size for ball hitch and they fix, Ug have wrong height for hitch to tow camper and they fix. Ug back up over curb and splice wires to trailer and they fix....twice. Quick and professional service even when system is down if you tried calling beforehand but showed up at location. Ug recommended as Ug will return for any Ug future service and rental needs.
