Unfortunately there is ALWAYS one bad apple that ruins it for the rest. After my vehicle's inspection was completed, I heard a screeching sound from my back tires and I got worried. I went back inside in hopes of speaking to the original technician I was dealing with (he was respectful) to ask if they possibly had some kind of spray or oil I could use or they could recommend me to stop that awful sound. Clearly, I don't know much about the mechanics of a car and I was in distress. I asked the man (wore glasses) behind the counter who I had apparently already annoyed earlier by asking for something else. I'm not sure if THIS man is the owner, manager, or some sort of administrator. When I walked back into the building, I called out for help. The man (because he was NOT A GENTLEMAN BY FAR) stepped out of his office and said "You're getting on my last nerve...", initially I giggled because I believed he was saying it jokingly and didn't think anything of it. I continued "I'm so sorry to bother you again but I've recently came out of the hospital and I'm a little overwhelmed. My rear brakes are making a screeching sound and I don't know what to do. Do you have some sort of oil or spray I could use or you could recommend for me to stop that sound?". He said "You don't use no DW40 on no brakes! You might need new brakes or something...". I stopped him and explained that I did recently change my front brakes and maybe the recent snow storm may have messed up the back brakes possibly. Then he cuts me off and says "Listen to what you asking, that don't make no damn sense!...". My response was "Clearly I don't know much about cars which is why I'm asking for help..." He continued badgering me in a very rude and aggressive tone to let me know I was asking a stupid question. He treatment towards me was very demeaning and unnecessarily cruel. Even as I was trying to ask him to lower his tone, continued. He kept trying to justify it by telling me to listen to what I was saying. Good services with decent prices are hard to find nowadays, and especially with employees that have good customer service skills are almost extinct. I didn't think common courtesy, human decency, and basic human respect from a middle-age adult was too much to ask for coming from a business. After going to the bathroom to compose myself, I walk out to the waiting area and I could hear him on the phone talking about me "-the bitch kept annoying me asking me all these questions...". He was most likely talking about me, I'll never really know. It must be very difficult to find a decent employee who knows how to respectfully interact with other human beings. That man needs to be replaced immediately. What could have been a loyal, continuous, good, long-term customer that doesn't mind paying for good services (ME) will now be a one-and-done.
