If I could give it NEGATIVE stars I would. We boarded our dogs for the first time in August 2023…read morefor an in-town family reunion (at our house, less than 45 minutes away). I am certain they did something to one or both of my dogs because they both were acting so weird and different when we picked them up. The veterinary clinic staff were very short, passive-aggressive, and kept saying how Blue wouldn't stop whining and they ended up having to put them in the same (small) run because Blue would not calm down. We had told them all their quirks, they had never been kenneled, and they needed to stay together, Blue is okay with cutting nails but Porkchop whines and runs. All the clinic kept saying was "People say those things all the time, we didn't think it was a big deal." We also told them we are at our house where the family reunion is so if there is a problem, call us. They didn't. When we asked them "why they didn't call us" they got mad at us for questioning them! We would have come and picked them up and found a way to have them at the house with the reunion. We gave them tons of love, snuggles, and treats when they got home. We thought the dogs would be okay, but they were not. We took them to our regular groomer, she had to call us because the dogs were FREAKING out and she's known them since we brought them home as puppies. Blue kept trying to nip at her anytime she would try and get him out of the kennel. We had to come and get them and she couldn't even do anything to bathe him. So now the dogs are fighting each other to the point of breaking skin. This NEVER happened before them being kenneled with Bar M. I am so angry, I know they did something HORRIFIC to my dogs to make them act this way.
