She explained the differences between tattoos and permanent makeup, and what I could expect after she finished. She put me at ease. The procedure went well and Michelle took her time and explained what she was doing. After a short healing process, I was very happy with them that I decided to have permanent eyeliner and my lips done. It looks great and I like getting up in the morning with my makeup already on. I have had nothing but bad experiences since coming back. My first set back was done by a girl who disclosed it was her last shift. That set was a little uncomfortable and I noticed some pulling and 3-4 lashes coming out with a single extension. When I went back for my fill, my next artist told me she had to use remover because some of my lashes were so stuck together. Went back for my next fill and got a different artist who told me my fill was done terribly because my lashes were all criss crossed. Booked my next fill with my usual artist, got my confirmation text, showed up for my appointment and my artist wasn't there. Got a whatever apology from the staff, not their fault and not their appointment. Had to come back the next day which happened to be my birthday. Missed a few hours of my own birthday party because of this mess up. Next fill went fine, but was told by this artist I needed extended fills because she wanted more time to work on me. 2 years of lash extensions and never needed extended but okay. Booked in person, confirmed it was booked, showed up for said appointment and it's not on the books. Again I'm standing there with an appointment I know I booked and all I get is 'sorry, you can come back later.' Well, I wasn't available later and I work Monday-Friday so had to wait another whole week. Honestly really disappointed. I switched salons after showing up to my booked appointment just to be turned away for the second time. Seems like an issue between the staff and the booking system together, but it's the same system that's been used since I started going there. I don't know, just not a lot of care or respect and definitely no effort to make it right. Not saying I want any of these artists to do work for free, but if you mess up my appointment two times maybe some sort of offer to make up for it would be decent instead of just telling me to come back in a week.

One eyebrow had no arch, and there was a noticeable area underneath with no pigment...just bare skin. I didn't notice all of the flaws until I got home, where it became clear that the work was uneven and not done carefully. When I brought this to Denise's attention, she refused to offer a refund or any proper solution, which was very frustrating given the quality of the work. I recommend paying with a credit card and also the tip if you choose to come here, so you have some protection in case there's an issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
