I was a little hesitant about microblading my eyevrows, it is tattooing your face after all but I…read moream so happy with the results! It was so worth it! Jessica is friendly and professional. Her home office is clean and welcoming. She explained in detail what she would be doing and then drew lines on my eyebrows to show how they would look. While the procedure is not pain free, it's not that bad. The first session ended after 2 hours or so, which included the consultation and prep. I left with much better eyebrows than I came with! However, the next da and for a few days after, my eyebrows were very dark and I was worried that I would have Groucho Marx eyebrows. I called Jessica the next day and she was very reassuring and said this was normal as the pigment goes darker before settling into the actual color. After a week, I loved them! And I still had another touchup in 6 weeks to complete any areas that needed it. My second visit was just as great as the first; the procedure and outcome the same. But this time I knew what to expect! And now? I LOVE MY EYEBROWS! They had become thin and sparse over the years and I was sick of having to fill them in with makeup. Now I don't have to! This is just a highlight of what you would have to deal with if you had to speak to them over an issue that you want resolved and where they're putting money over you. However, there are ethical standards broken when you fail to follow up with patient' care sending a picture to the microneedle company and them responding a-okay does not negate the way my skin Lost laxity and felt as though I was "stretch Armstrong" in my face. (the best way I can put it) I have pictures with clear evidence they took the standard pictures following so I don't know The game that they're running is just infuriating and poor ethical medical treatment. I've been patient, so clearly, as a client who's then had to go and fix this elsewhere, I'm quite upset, and their response is not empathy; it is ego self-righteousness and then ultimately playing the victim. Instead of understanding the client being extremely upset and mad now that this has been overlooked on multiple occasions.. complete radio silence, they're now playing the victim because, for the first time ever, I was upset. Again, this goes to show you. God forbid you have an issue. They will ignore you and blame the client for being upset after a year of ignoring you, and the Better Business Bureau whom they stated they responded too . However, they did not because I just confirmed it So who has more to lose by telling the truth certainly not the better business bureau. Again feel free to reach out I have the countless emails, The cell records, the recording of anytime I've attempted and got a voicemail or the front office person and that was it. What's not acceptable is being ignored not the fact that I called and became upset after hearing the same rant from the front office receptionist. Again when accompany promises to make right and this was the second and final secretary I spoke to and have only spoken to her once and I believe she holds a little bit of a managerial position, and radio silence thereafter or excuses it's not acceptable.
