I was consistent with exfoliating and lotion for 5 days prior to my second tan and it came out way better than the first. Both spray artists I had were polite and comfortable to be around since you gotta stand there naked lol. I will say since I am very pale to begin with it was a good choice going with their "clear coat" spray to avoid looking orange. There were some pictures I'm seeing from the wedding that make me look oranger than others but overall I was happy with how it turned out.

No gum pain and no yellow edges around the top of my teeth as I have experienced with previous whitening in a dental office so I would definitely recommend this business. When he placed the crown on 7/11/24, I told him it was uncomfortable and didn't feel normal. He told me I had to get used to it and walked away to see another patient. Their office was closed Fri to Sun, and he was out sick the following week. I had never experienced such extreme pain after a crown. When I saw him 1.5 weeks later, he realized the crown needed some adjustments, which he did, but then told me he couldn't do anything more and that if I experienced any further difficulties, I should contact my oral surgeon. Seriously? Instead of offering more help and care, I felt completely unwelcome and uncared for. I spent $2,730 on a crown that not only didn't work but caused me significant physical, emotional, and psychological pain for over a month. I also started experiencing tingling on the right side of my face and lips. After consulting with my oral surgeon, it was recommended that I have the crown removed. I asked if they would refund my money if the crown didn't work, but once again, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. Rather than addressing the issue or discussing alternatives, Dr. Robert Yee removed the crown without any discussion or care and then walked away immediately after the procedure. I was then informed that he no longer wished to work with me. Due to this experience, my dental insurance is now maxed out, leaving me to pay out of pocket for any future treatments, including a new crown. I felt disrespected and dismissed throughout this entire process, and I believe patients deserve much better care and professionalism from their healthcare providers. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone and would give less than one star if I could.

Apparently this also opted me out of receiving any human communication whatsoever, because instead of an appointment reminder, I received a collections notice. Bold strategy. When I called to ask for an exception, I was promised a callback. No callback came. Another collections notice did, though. Called again, went back and forth with the accounting manager, I offered to send a screenshot proving no call had ever been made to me. Total indifference and saying they had records a call was made. The care used to be genuinely great, which makes this all the more disappointing. The vibe here has changed, and not for the better. It's a real shame.
