Come Sunday, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and she greeted me with a sense of comfort. Her vibe was genuine. So before the paperwork, she numbed my eyebrows so I would not feel the microblade and procedure. The wait on that took 30 minutes which is accurate and you need that time for the numbing solution to set in. Olga explained everything and made me feel super comfortable! The procedure went on after the paperwork. I was nervios, but she said as soon as I felt uncomfortable she would then re-apply additional numbing cream. Her hands were light to the blade. Our conversation flowed as if I new her. Her lines on my brows came out to a perfection. As of any type of microblading or permanent makeup, Olga was fast to explain that my touch up would be in 4-6 weeks and explained after care. Honestly, if Olga decides to take on any other cosmetic procedures, I would jump to see her. Right before my appointment, Dr. Lay called to say he was "sick" and needed to reschedule. I was frustrated, but I tried to be understanding. He then booked me for November 15th at noon. I arrived early at 11:00 AM, only for him to cancel on me at 11:30 AM--thirty minutes before my surgery. He admitted he was still in bed, claiming he was "sick" again. There was no genuine apology, no urgency, no professionalism whatsoever. At that point, it was clear this doctor cannot be trusted with anyone's time, money, or medical care. I demanded a full refund and will never deal with him again. If you value your time and sanity, go elsewhere. The text message from Dr. Lay was sloppy. At this point it looked less like he was "sick" and more like he was hungover and couldn't even send a proper text.

She's the sister of a longtime friend of mine, and after seeing how amazing my friend's brows turned out, I finally took the leap for something I had wanted to try for years but was always too nervous to do. To put things in perspective, I'm not someone who dyes her hair, gets Botox, or does much in the way of cosmetic enhancements. So this experience was completely new territory for me.
