Aggressive defensive and rude owner! I was unhappy with the skin lightening treatment, especially given the substantial fee I paid. I requested and was offered some lightening pads with the condition that I subject myself to another office visit and photographs. I declined and the owner started aggressively pointing out the contract terms, and called me out for making threats against the business, which I had not done. I told her to keep their pads. It was only after the extremely unpleasant encounter I had with the owner did I feel I had to write this review. I would stick to a provider if i feel like i am being taken care of like im not just another client. This establishment goes well above and beyond with just about everything. If you are new or unfamiliar with facials or medical grade skincare, CFE tells you everything you need to know! Eric is a skin goddess and I go to him monthly for hydrafacials and all of my skin care products. I have super sensitive/acne prone skin and all of the products he has recommended have been so helpful. Dr. Sage is amazing! I had an implant put in by another office not this one that I had major problems with. With the help of Dr. Sage and his son who is btw director of dentistry at UCSF, I had surgery at UCSF to remove a bone cyst. tl;dr: got burned by laser hair removal, owner ran me around in a circle, gaslighted me about the severity of the burn, and ultimately denied my refund request... please consider finding a different office. I've had a much better experience at their competitors, like SEV ------------ I bought a Groupon to get some laser hair removal done on my chin and upper lip area. While this was my first time at this business, it was not my first experience with LHR. I have had no negative reactions any of the previous times. After my treatment here, my face quickly became swollen and several spots started to blister. I called in and was told that this was normal and to just keep treating it according to their instructions. I took their advice at face value and did my best to treat my injury. Unfortunately, the swelling got worse and a blister started to scar. I got another opinion and they told me I had suffered a second-degree burn. There were numerous aftercare instructions that Cupertino DFE neglected to mention. Safe to say, I was not very happy with this outcome and the lack of care shown by the office staff. I called to just get a refund on the remaining Groupon sessions since I'm just trying to find a different place and move on with my life. The owner of the business, SAHAR SAGHEZCHI, spoke with me on the phone and proceeded to spend the entire time literally gaslighting me about how it wasn't a real burn, my reaction was normal, and that she needed me to come in to the office to get evaluated before she processed any sort of refund. Ok, so I eventually find the time to go into the office and go through the song and dance of having to wait way too long for a moment of Sahar's time. She proceeds to give me a business person NPC monologue about how they're like really good at their jobs and how I'm being overdramatic. After like 5 minutes, she's beaten me into submission and I just decide to gtfo as fast as I can. I called back to ask for the refund again and get denied. So yea, avoid at all costs. Excellent experience from start to finish. Cannot recommend Dr. Sage more highly. I was referred to Dr. Sage to clean up the mess that had been made by my previous dentist. Two years into having veneers by my previous dentist, they started to pop off - random teeth on the top and bottom popping off out of nowhere. It was horrific. For how much it costs it should be significant results. They do give you wipes but honestly i could've just bought wipes and not the sessions. I went in for 2 different intimacy services and should have just ran after the first appointment- wish I had listened to my gut instinct- instead of wasting over $3k on services that didn't do what they are supposed to do. At the very first appointment their machine wouldn't work, after 30mins of uncomfortable 'trying' to get it to work they told me to come back in 2 weeks to try again. So back I came, had the treatment number one done, overall the treatment is 3 sessions one month between each, and should start noticing a difference by the time I came back for the next. Treatment two, again problems with the machine but they said it'll be good enough to get results, at that point I really hadn't noticed any changes. Came back for treatment three and was told they got new temperatures for the treatment that the previous ones weren't hot enough.... So right there I was told these last few treatments were technically pointless than if the machine wasn't hot enough.. right!?!?! In august (I started treatments in February) I reached out to the nurse saying I don't notice any difference is there anything that can be done? It was REALLY expensive to not have any changes. They scheduled a consult with the owner, Sahar- but supposedly she was booked out a month- mind you this was a zoom consult to go over my concerns- however online I could book a consult with her 3 days out for a new service. On the day of the zoom call it was just the nurse on a phone call and going over pretty much what I had already told her. They were supposed to follow back up with me on what can be done and never heard from anyone again. Please don't waste your $$ on their intimacy services. read more

Best place to get laser done. Great quality of care and they spend a lot of time testing out different lasers and assessing your level of comfort. They explain the process in detail as well as expectations. I had Robbie and he did great in reducing the pain during lasers. HOWEVER, I left the place with no warning of being charged 99$ for dermaplanning. This is absolute terrible, not one time during the treatment I was told that I was going to be charged an EXTRA 99$ for dermaplanning. Otherwise I would not have done it. WARNING THIS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD ALWAYS LET THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT THEY ARE BEING CHARGED BEFORE TREATMENT AND AFTER. IT IS DECEIVING FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME. My hydrafacial experience! Taylor was so informative, educated, and caring through the whole experience. She worked with me on my needs and current skin routine (taking into account some of my current products which were working/good) and recommended some alternative products to replace some potential problematic areas.
