I arrived at 6pm, but she was still busy with another client. After waiting 10 minutes, She asked if I could wait, but also mentioned she still needed to wash, dry, and style that client before getting to me. I chose to reschedule. We set a new appointment for Wednesday at 9 AM. The night before, I messaged her on Instagram (the only way to reach her) to confirm, and she replied saying she couldn't make it. If I hadn't reached out, I would have shown up for an appointment that wasn't happening. I rescheduled again through Instagram for Thursday, assuming the same 9 AM time. The night before, I checked my messages and saw she had sent another message saying she was already booked for 9 AM and instead offered Friday at 3 PM or Saturday at 8:30 AM. At that point, I was done. This experience felt very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time. I understand things come up, but repeated cancellations and poor communication are not acceptable.

Out of each time I came here , I've only had two problems and that's it. 1. A new woman really messed up my brows one time. It was super bad but luckily I've never gotten her again 2. One New Year's Eve it was really packed and they weren't really looking at the sign in sheet, they were just pointing at who's next. They did skip me for someone that got there after me. Other than those two situations, it's been really good. In and out.
