When the tailoring lady was taking the measurements, I emphasized many times that I wanted the hems to be cuffed. I stressed because the tailoring lady had trouble understanding English. When I got the pants back, they were straight instead of cuffs. When I complained to the owner, he became very obnoxious, rude and threatening instead of taking responsibility and trying to rectify the situation. I do not recommend this shop at all. The shop does not deserve even a single star.

To make a long story short, I paid a lot, went there twice, and it wasn't done. Maybe the seamstress cut something but I didn't want that done. When I went this past Mon to get the dress there was no time to bring it elsewhere. I did not get to wear it to a family wedding Thursday. It cost a lot and I felt that I was lied to about the work being done. The owner is away so I didn't speak with him. A one Star Rating is what I'm forced to place but I had no service completed.
