Happy Cleaners has been open for years. I always go to them if I need my clothes cleaned and steamed

I came into this cleaners to dry clean a suit and pant and a Jean jacket. I gave the man a date and asked him if it could be ready by that date. He told me to come at 5pm on the date I requested. I came at 4:36pm and it seemed like he couldn't find my items. Then he looks at the bottom of my receipt and says to come back at 5. I come back at 530. He acted like he didn't remember me coming in a hour ago. I give him my name. He goes to the back of the store for a little over 5 minutes and returns with my garments. Something told me to inspect them before I left and I should have. He never dry cleaned the clothing. The suit jacket smelled exactly how it did when I dropped it off. He pressed the garments, put a plastic sheet over them and handed it to me as if it were dry cleaned. I should have listened to my intuition. This business clearly lacks integrity. It's one thing to forget to clean someone's clothes and admit to it, and it's another to pretend that you did, charge them and take their money when you actually didn't clean them. Extremely untrustworthy and I won't ever go back in there again and advise others to follow suit. read more

i absolutely love this establishment, the owners are amazing and really understanding. i had gone to a different tailor and they said they couldn't do my pants that had double seams or my costume mask(even though they call themselves experts). Once i got to this place though, they were actual experts and super kind. Their prices are really reasonable. I totally suggest this place if you want to get something tailored. read more

My parents live in St. George, and my mother would always rave about how great her dry cleaner was and the great relationship she had with the owners. In a pinch, I wound up sending five dresses and some other work clothes to be dry cleaned at Happy Cleaners, including some delicate pieces (a white crepe blazer, for one). Not only did Mr. Young finish all the clothes overnight, my experience picking them up was wonderful! I met him and his lovely wife, and they were sweet, pleasant people whose happiness lived up to the name of their business. The quality of the work was perfect and it was fun to look at the photographs on the wall behind the counter as they put the clothes in a bag for me to take out. They also recognized me (because I look like my mother) and complimented her - they really do pay attention to their regular customers, and even first-timers like me. I just got my puffy jean vest with vinyl patches on the shouders back from them and the vinyl was burnted off, He didn't even have the decency to tell me that it was damaged you know the paper lable with their logo? That was hiding the damage and he just handed it back to me I didnt have time to really check because they were closing, it seem fine from the overall look but when I got home I seen the real damages. So I recommend not doing business with them if you have item that you really care about and if it really means alot to you. "This place gets a zero stars"for their indecency. read more

Dropped off a beautiful Calvin Klein blouse to be cleaned. I'd only worn it once. After picking it up, I noticed that the blouse smelled heavily like perfume and had a small snag in the front. I have allergies and cannot tolerate perfume. I don't think they cleaned the blouse. I think they sprayed it with perfume and ironed it. I now have to get the blouse cleaned again. Needless to say I will never, ever, ever go back to Happy Cleaners! I don't recommend anyone patronize Happy Cleaners. read more

Several shirts came back dirty. Several shirts came back stained with machine oil. When I brought this to the owner's attention and asked him to redo the shirts at no change, he said that he didn't want my business and rudely told me to leave. read more

this is place is awful please don't believe the fake reviews. i bought my coat for a cleaning 2 weeks ago and my 250 dollar coat was damaged. it still had stains on it i was not happy at all. this place should be called"unhappy cleaners". go at your own risk these people are money hungry scoundrels!! i will never go again i should have known this place was unprofessional cause the day i went the owners wife hit the man's car that was parked outside. he was also a customer...smh read more
