The owner has some kind of memory. He somehow remembers my name and everyone else in my family. I stopped taking my clothes to for many years and when I came back, he remembered my effin name! This guy is sick. That's the kind of service that makes me come back and they do a great job of taking care of my clothes. I've never had an issue with the results. They don't stamp your name into the shirt cuff or staple a piece of paper to your tags - like other stupid places. This truly neighborhood dry cleaners is high end. read more

I brought in a brand new bed skirt for my baby's crib to be ironed and when I picked it up it was all ripped. They claimed I must have brought it in ripped and refused to replace it. They then argued with me for 20 minutes about it saying " they only press, no clean", despite putting 2 huge safety pins in it to attach to the hanger which probably caused the tear. The three of the workers were all rude and walked away from me. I had to ask for my ripped bed skirt back before leaving. Horrible experience, rude people and a refusal to stand behind their work. read more

This Dry Cleaner disrespects their customers and plays dumb. I really believe they are racist against non Asians I brought in a shirt which they returned to me full of rust marks, when I brought it back they blamed me saying I made the stains and they came off my sweat. Then they said they would send it back out. When I went to picked it up a week later, they brought out the shirt and did nothing saying I made the stains. They have zero customer service skills are over priced, and do a lousy job. It is all about the money, they also want cash and do not give you back your receipt, I wonder why?? They are so ignorant, that they do not understand as a dry cleaner you are responsible if you damage a customers merchandise, you should have a bailee insurance policy. What they do is blame the customers. They should be closed down, and will be reported to the NYS Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the IRS. Caveat Emptor! read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would I went to get a dress hemmed and the straps fixed. When I dropped the dress off they said a hem was not needed I told them yay I think it does in fact need one the assured me it did not I told them I needed it quickly since I had a wedding to go to when I came to get the dress it very much needed a hem at this point I need it by the following day when I told them that I needed it by the next day they laughed and said that's not dueable and I told them if you listen the first time it would have been done they were very rude and unprofessional and they want to over charge me for there mistake read more

Great place. Friendly owners. They really pay attention to detail here. My boyfriends suits came back with little clips on them holding areas in place, hanger was a material that keeps the pants from creasing or slipping and my jacket, which most places would say they can't clean cause of the tiny fringe on edges, he precisely trimmed beautifully. I'll be using them from now on for everything. Reasonable prices and works with you if your clothes are a rush. read more

This is a phenomenal dry cleaner. I stop in probably once a month (except in the summer) with my work shirts. They remember my name, and as soon as they see me come in, they get my things before I get to the counter.
