All skincare on one side and makeup on the other. It was nicely organized in "order of application". The associate was super helpful. She asked what my concern(s) was and what ai was looking for. Gave her suggestions and gave options for each product. I got everything I was looking for and I'm excited to try them all. She sent me home with a mask sample and a cleanser sample since I did not pick up a cleanser. She labeled each item so I know in what order to use the products. I was very intrigued by this new concept of How the beauty developers are constantly working to create more efficient products and the prices are also increasing as well lol. However I don't mind paying for innovative products and designs. After getting the assistance from the young gent. I walked to the front to check out. I waited a few minutes before I was welcomed by Jess. We spoke to one another then she asked, Would you like our FREE Mascara? I was like sure I Love anything that's FREE. Jess then hit me with the, All you have to do is apply for our Ulta Beauty Credit Card. My smile went from showing ALL my teeth (not sure if my three wisdom teeth) were noticeable but y'allget my drift? Lol...she definitely had me baited, reeled, and tackled (anyone knows about fishing) this is how I was Smdh. Until the running of the credit part was introduced I was leery now cause I'm working on revamping my credit after my divorce and I've been right out paying for things that I want or desire. I inquired if this was a Hard or Soft pull. Jess either didn't hear me or understand what I was asking cause she started telling me about something else lol. I then repeated myself, She apologized and said, It's a soft pull. Even if you aren't approve you still were to receive the FREE Mascara gift. So it was kinda a Win for me either way it went. Jasmin was very helpful with recommending products & techniques to ensure the natural color I was looking for was able to be achieved and avoid color bleeding. I settled on a couple of boxes of clairol, pre-treatment 10 volume developer, and color sealer. All which I have used to some extent before so easy to follow. All in all, this has been one of the more pleasant sally locations I've visited. The team is always ready to help, courteous upon patron arrival, and they do a good job helping you find what you need both in or out of store. Keep up the great work!
