Jasmin was very helpful with recommending products & techniques to ensure the natural color I was looking for was able to be achieved and avoid color bleeding. I settled on a couple of boxes of clairol, pre-treatment 10 volume developer, and color sealer. All which I have used to some extent before so easy to follow. All in all, this has been one of the more pleasant sally locations I've visited. I don't know about the customer service in Vegas, but I know in my experience in the past, they have been amazing. In other states Cosmoprof has a very big name and there's a reason why they have everything you need. There are a lot of times people in this business are too young to be working there and don't have great customer service but as far as what you need to run your business properly, they usually have everything and more and hardly ever run out of stock to my knowledge.
