If someone wants your service and is willing to pay, wouldn't you reach out to them? I call again and was able to speak with a human. They require a $50 deposit before making the appointment. Here's the kicker--you have to go IN PERSON to pay the deposit. They wouldn't let you pay the deposit via Paypal, Cash app or any of the multitude of other 21st century options. I drive to the salon and pay the deposit to make the appointment. I was told I had to buy the braiding hair and I was given a recommendation as to what kind of hair to purchase as well as a recommendation WHERE to purchase. The day before the scheduled appointment, I purchase the hair and had it all ready. My daughter's appointment was today 8/18 at 9 am. I had surgery five days ago, and I didn't want to disappoint my beautiful 8 year old daughter. I made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed for her appointment, I also made sure we were on time. We get to the salon but nobody was there. I left voicemails and texts on both numbers I had available. We waited and we waited. Finally at a quarter after 9 we get a call back from the owner. Her daughter overslept and will be at the salon asap. I kept asking where she lived because I wasn't sure if she lived around the corner or far away from the salon. She lived in NORTH LAS VEGAS! The salon is in HENDERSON! So they expected my daughter and me to wait another HOUR or more for her to get to the salon. Did I mention I just had surgery? So waiting another hour or more when the scheduled appointment was for 9 this morning was not going to happen. I told her I wish to cancel the appointment and I expect a refund of the deposit I paid. She suggested I pick it up at the salon on Wednesday! Apparently time is worthless to her. I said absolutely NOT. She can refund me via Paypal or Cash app, nothing wrong with living in the 21st century. No way I'm wasting any more of my valuable time! The refund was sent via Cash app. Hmmm it would have been nice if the deposit could have been made that way in the first place. I hope they can get it together because I'm sure they do great hair. I just don't appreciate having my time wasted and I don't feel comfortable doing business with those who don't appreciate the value of time. Time is a finite resource.

I've always wanted long hair. I'd been getting wiggy with it or using clip in weave for years, and my own hair was paying the price. It got thinner and thinner. My boss thought I had alopecia. I did not. My boss's wife recommended Cameren to me back when she was at Wicked. There was one stipulation - I can't tell her what to do. My boss's wife knew I was making some bad hair decisions. That's why she needed to refer me in the first place. I've been going to Cameren for years, and I am so grateful for her. She brought my hair back. She started by recommending special vitamins called Viviscal for hair growth and they really do work. Next she installed a weave with wefts held in by tiny little gaskets made of rubber with metal inside. This means it won't pull out your hair or itch like traditional weave. I got a long wavy light brown human hair to match my own hair. I am a YT lady with olive complexion, and the weave I get is almost straight. It's just enough body, but since I have fine hair, it doesn't look too full or fake. It blends well. Recently my mom died, and in a fit of poor decisions and hair, I cut my hair myself. It was so bad. Truly. I cut one side and realized I made a mistake, stopped, and the other side didn't match. Cameren fixed it for me by giving me layers. I'm due for new weave next time. Cameren assured me that she can layer it to match my hair now. What a relief! She is incredibly professional and fast. I can get a full install, dye and style in an hour. Meanwhile she keeps great conversation and is just overall a really amazing person. So very grateful for her.

It's BAD. She has naturally long think hair and now when she puts it in a ponytail it looks like she has a bob. It's almost like 2 separate haircuts somehow? Everyone who has seen it has immediately gasped to what was done. I don't what the guy's name is that did it but she was too upset to even go back and ask for her money back. Please be weary!
