I get here and start browsing and almost instantly someone approaches me which is great. I love that they're so willing to help. She gets me in the chair and starts to match me. It looked great! I even purchased highlighter which in clueless on how to apply it but she sold me. I spend a substantial amount of money and make my way home.... later that evening I apply my makeup and I do a double take, make that a hundred takes because I can't believe my face!!! I look like I'm in black face and I'm already black!!!! I start to ask everyone in my house and they're all perplexed, even my sisters whom were with me when I purchased. My concealer is almost the same shade as my foundation and my foundation is too dark with red undertones. I go back 2 days later to be rematched by someone else of course and I show her my previous purchase and she questions who matched me while in shock. My 3 stars is for the poor service I received the first time causing me to return. It seemed like the girl was eager to make sale she just put anything on me, about the only shade they had in stock that would be considered remotely close to being mine.

It cost nothing to join, so I got a membership card and coupons and specials on a postcard or pamphlet in the mail. Shelly, the manager, is usually there when I come in and is always very helpful and informative on the stock and helps me to get the best deals. I came in today and was greeted by her and another associate. The associate asked what I was looking for and took me right to where I could find it and explained the specials. He let me peruse the store without being overly aggressive and bothersome like some places are. He told me that if I needed anything to let him know. I continued my shopping and put my items on the counter and let him know I was still browsing for more. He held my stuff for me behind the register until I was done. I presented my membership card and coupons and was promptly rang up. One of the items was a BOGO(buy one get one), so he went over to the shelf and grabbed another one for me. Thank you Shelly and Rich for another great experience! Luckily it isn't usually busy when I come in and they can hold things behind the register, but I think that it would be a good idea to have baskets to carry your items while you browse

I immediately called the pharmacy after realizing the mistake and explained that I had just left and had received the wrong medication. The pharmacist told me to come back and said they would exchange it for me. She even asked if I lived far, and I told her I was only down the street from the pharmacy. When I returned, I was behind another car as I proceeded toward the drive-thru window. As I approached, they closed the window and told me through the intercom that they were closed. I could see staff members inside, and from my perspective, they appeared to be laughing while I was outside trying to get their attention and asking for my medication. I was extremely upset because this was not a joke--it involved my medication and my health. If the pharmacy makes a mistake, I believe they have a responsibility to take immediate action to correct it, especially when it concerns someone's medication. Mistakes can happen, but how you handle those mistakes matters. I expected professionalism, urgency, and respect. Instead, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. Because of this experience, I will be taking my business and prescriptions elsewhere. I do not want to continue using a pharmacy where I feel my concerns are not taken seriously. Very disappointing experience. Walgreens needs to do better, especially when it comes to handling customers' medications.

Well, based on my previous experiences with other dentists, this threw me for a loop. . . Until, I was offered nitrous oxide! Never had it but was assured it would limit my anxiety, so, of course I said yes. Have had two of the four procedures and am SO pleased. The whole experience using modern technology (not offered by previous practitioner) which assured real time assessment and modifications as needed.
