There was no attempt to rectify her hair before she walked out practically in tears when the stylist had an ENTIRE EXTRA HOUR BLOCKED OFF. My mother had to wash her hair TWICE and she STILL has product gunked up in her hair as I am typing this. The manager/owner only tried to rectify the situation AFTER it was too late!
