I don't recall a time in the past 10+ years in which I haven't left feeling frustrated. Do not bother utilizing the online check-in feature as the staff does not adhere to it. I found my estimated time to be ready to be listed at 40 minutes, only to increase gradually until it read that it would be ready 120+ minutes from now a mere 25 minutes later. When I arrived to investigate what was happening it became very apparent that the staff only cared if you were in store and you could not move up the queue from the online check-in in. After about 50 minutes total waiting, I recognized that I would still likely be an hour away, and happily took my business elsewhere.
