It took maybe 5 minutes (which felt rushed). I didn't realize before I left due to watering eyes, but my brows looked horrible after my wax. Stray hairs EVERYWHERE. The salon is adorable and I loved my services! I went in for an updo and a mani. I am possibly the pickiest person ever because I come from a family of hair stylists and I am a nail tech for an Aveda salon in Chicago. I am terrible with names... the girl who did my updo was wonderful. The best was the manicure. The girl who did it was adorable little blonde, she recently finished school, but she knows her stuff! I was so impressed with her knowledge and work ethic! She took her time and did not fly through the service. I would recommend this salon to anyone who needs a great place for services in Sandusky or Cleveland. Heck I may make a special trip back that way just to go to Scarlett O'hairs!

The lady got mad when I said that wasn't going to work and drilled it all off damaging my nails. The owner Tiffany wasn't any help. Made excuses that they can't do that in nails and slapped a simple color on. Then was charged full price like nothing was wrong. Will not be back!!
