Unfortunately, he has completely disregarded all of my messages and calls. I reached out to him via Facebook Marketplace, and he did not recognize me, responding promptly. He mentioned that he is currently out of the country, but he has used this excuse on two previous occasions, leading me to doubt its validity. I strongly advise caution regarding Matias and his team. This is a review. I don't take lightly. Let me start with that. This past June, we had this company…read morecome out to our home because our garage door was closing too hard. Subsequently the person that arrived first replaced the springs or at least tried to before he had to ask for help from one of his coworkers who came by shortly thereafter. Although the price was a little high, we thought the work was OK. Fast forward to this past Thursday 19 February, my wife went to check the mail and when the garage started to go up the bracket which had been replaced by this company that is furthest from the garage door opener that hooks into the wall came apart. This is a possibly a five dollar bracket. So I called that night when I got home and was assured that I would get a phone call within 24 hours. So needless to say I did not get a phone call back until I called again on Saturday morning. I was again told there was a callback in the works and that somebody would give me a call, Saturday goes by, and I give them a call again at the end of the day told the same thing somebody will call me. I called back Sunday at approximately 10 AM. And was told somebody was in the office and was gonna give me a call as soon as they got off the phone with who they were talking to. I'm assuming another complaint. So today 23 February I made my fifth phone call to this company and was told to keep my phone with me because somebody was going to call me. No call! Keep in mind when we needed work done. They were right out to take our money to the tune of $1700 and change. So when you need something repaired that they worked on that probably would've taken under 20 minutes to completely replace or repair. You can't get them on the phone to save your life. Needless to say I would not recommend this company for anything!! Even even with this review, I still do not expect to hear from these people. and like everybody always says if I could give less than one star, I'd certainly would. I'll be updating this tomorrow if no response from them but the bar has been set pretty low thus far and may have to use another company to correct what they did.
