I needed one of my garage doors to be replaced, Oleg came and did as we needed but didn't even place it correctly. Once he 'finished', he banged on my other bigger garage door with wood stating it will "help". After which the garage door broke down and almost fell on 2 of my cars inside the garage. I called on Saturday for him to come and fix what he made, yet he said he can only come on 'Tuesday' after '3 pm', even though I clearly told him that I have work on Monday, Tuesday, and church on Sunday, he told me to "pray at home", Because of him I missed work on Monday and Tuesday. This is utterly ridiculous. I can't even get the cars out of the garage, go to work, or buy necessary things. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy. Kept on flaking on the appointments. We had an intermittent issue with our clicker and keypad, he said replacing the motherboard would fix it. It didn't. He also said our spring was falling apart even though it was fairly new. Got a new garage door guy and he said it's the receiver and not the motherboard. Rip off artists. I closed my garge door on a tool box and bent the arm that attaches the door to the rail it slides on.. I called garage king because he has helped me before and im happy with his work and prices. However he currently has a scammer working for him. This person hides his evil ways behind his son who he brings to work. 7-10 years old. Man takes a look at my situation for no longer than 5 seconds and says everything needs to be replaced. I said ,no ,door roles fine replace the bent part and we will see. A month later door works fine with just the arm replaced. Not only that, he over charged me 10$. I called owner to complain and he promised reimbursement ,that never came. Be ready to fight for a proper deal and make sure not to trust anything they say. read more

I called Kings on December 5th to repair a broken spring. The initial call was answered promptly and unlike the previous repair company I called I was given a price for the repair over the phone. I was given an approximate time of 11a so we waited. 11 o'clock came and went and at 12a I called to get an update and was told they were running behind and it would now be around 1p, so we waited. At around 2p they had still not shown up so again I called. This time I got a voicemail so I sent a text and I received a call back and was told that they were on there way, so we waited. At 3p they still had not arrived. So again I called this time I was unable to reach anyone. I did receive a call back after I called a different company. Kings never called me once that I didn't call them first to request an ETA. They do not communicate with customers very well. Would not call them for service again. read more
