DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are not "good neighbors" to the community. The street in front of…read moretheir office has been temporaily closed for repair and for the last four weeks cars have been able to access the back lot of their building to get to their residences. Today they shut this road down claiming it is a private business road so now all residents have to drive an extra 2-3 miles in the opposite direction all because this company decided to shut down this access. Who does that? Why can't you just be a good neighbor and allow access for the 1 minute it takes to go around the lot. And the gentlemen that stands out front waving people away is very aggressive and uses awful language. Come on Mesa - do the right thing and allow people to use your lot to get home quicker and safer. Do the right thing!!

Don't bother trying to get a storage quote from them - I've tried twice. A local salesperson took…read moredown my info and promised to get back to me with a price in a couple days. When I didn't hear from them and reached out proactively, I heard excuses and a renewed promise that my quote would be issued by the next business day. Still no quote. Asked two more times. Still no quote. If I went through all that for a quote only to be stymied, I would blame the salesperson's workflow for letting me fall through the cracks. Now that I've been dumb enough to try a second time (a year later) and it happened again, I'm blaming the business's workflow. If you don't have room to store peoples' stuff, just say so. Don't string us along waiting for a quote that never comes. I really wanted to use Mesa but instead I'm using Boise Moving & Storage. They are super nice and provided a quote without delay.
