I visited this location today (01/13/26) to get a quote for my car insurance, and I was helped by Jesus. He was not only extremely friendly but also very professional. He took his time to explain everything clearly and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to finding me the best price possible. I also noticed how respectful he is toward his coworkers and how attentive he is with every customer who walked in. Even while helping me, he made sure anyone entering the office felt acknowledged and knew they would be assisted soon. His customer service is honestly the best I've ever experienced, specially in insurance agencies. Jesus is clearly passionate about his job -- you go in for insurance, but you end up having a genuinely great conversation too. Very unprofessional with overpriced policies. They try to persuade you by using the phrase "the best price" repeatedly to convince you of getting the policy. I listen to their ads in the radio guaranteeing prices as low as $1 a day for car insurance is not true, my GF record is unblemished, never tickets, never accidents, been licensed driver in California for 5 years not even 1 small infraction and they still charging her triple the price they guarantee in their radio add. On top of all the agents get upset if you're not one of the "accept everything they say" kind of customers they get upset. The agent that was taking care of my call hung up when I asked him if he could save the session, and I would get back to him later. they guy was irritated for no reason and just hung up! I would give 0 stars if I could. Have to say one of the worst headaches that started here. Seems like They train their employees to be shisters and scammers. And to be dealing w a manager Juan I think his name was , was not honest about fees, dedicated funds from my account w out notifying me and did not know what he was doing and now my license is suspended due to a form he didn't submit. These guys will waste your time. They want all kinds of private info and are not able to give a rough quote because they said "They don't have access to holograms." they wanted marriage lic. copies and other stuff just for a quote. when I said that that wasn't necessary for a car insurance quote and to erase my driver's lic. # he hung up on me. This place is the most unprofessional, rude business I have ever encountered. They made it a hassle for me to pay my bill every month due to them not updating my license information so when trying to look up my policy it said error. I was on hold for 20 minutes then after finally getting a person on the phone she hung up on me intentionally! Another guy transferred me to a customer service line after I told him I was just referred to his line from there already. Basically took hours over the phone, was hung up on multiple times and my broker melissa lied to get me to buy the policy and pay $555 up front. Worst rates, worst coverage and garbage people working for them. Got new insurance today and its wonderful! Cancelled this place today after a few months. Such a waste of money. Also, they charged me bogus late fees for their mistake and will charge extra to process your payment. Garbage. read more
