Reinel was the person who came highly recommended by others and he did not disappoint. Texts and emails were always met with quick replies. It wasn't long before he came over to do a quick peak and was able to provide a realistic overview of what needed to be done. He was patient and was able to provide a nice array of carpet samples, while answering all the questions. He was able to arrange a carpet installation with memory foam for several rooms on additional levels while handling the dated hardwood floors on the lower level. It was a nearly 7k job after it was said and done and his team was in and out of the place within 48 hours. The end result is impressive. My guests appreciate the bounciness of the carpet and the repaired hardwood floors. Payment was done via a cash transfer and Reinel seemed to be flexible with the payment options. While it feels like a premium job for obvious reasons, I value quality service and execution, which is what I ultimately got by hiring Floor Coverings International.

On the hardware side, Shelly is an absolute guru. She seems to know every detail of every piece of hardware down to miscellaneous screws. She is also extremely meticulous in compiling the trim hardware orders. Over decades of business here, I have yet to have even a single screw missing from my orders. They consistently provide quality service and if any issues occur, they work hard and quickly to remedy the situation. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!
