An hour later, I called him back and told him a towe truck was on its way but the shop he referred didn't know if they could fit me in. 5 minutes later, Wes showed up on the side of the highway to help me. He looked at the car and said he was going to go find the belt so he could fix it. He came back and said the belt needed was out of stock so it would be 2 hours before he could get it. Nonetheless, we took it to the shop he referred and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Wes going out of his way to help us, speaks volumes to his character. When it was finally her turn, she couldn't immediately locate the correct proof of insurance on her phone. She called me so I could help her find it, but the employee was impatient and repeatedly told her to leave instead of giving her a couple of minutes to pull up the correct document. The employee came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Customer service is a huge part of any business, and it's unreasonable to expect someone to instantly find the right document on their phone after waiting that long. To make matters worse, he was standing very close to her car and made her feel rushed and uncomfortable. If the employee had simply given her a few minutes to locate the correct insurance information, this entire situation could have been avoided. Because of how my daughter was treated, we will not be returning. There are plenty of businesses that know how to treat customers with patience and respect, and I recommend taking your business to one of them instead.
