I recently went to this tire shop and had frustrating experience with the staff. I ordered four new tires and when I went to pay with my credit card I was told had to be cash that they didn't do creditcards( even though I just watched person before me pay with credit card) I was told had to go get cash. I was told tires would be 1200.00 and they would need to order them, I asked if I could get my tires air check in tires I had on my car until my new tires could be put on the next day and was told no to go to the qt station down road by a gentleman named tj because he was the only one doing things in shop now since owner is home dying and he had other things to do,(but I was the only customer there at the time). I later went back that day after speaking with my husband to get refund because we found tire shop down road that quoted us 750.00 and when went there to get cash back before they ordered tires I was told by same gentleman that refund wasn't allowed and that owners wife comes and takes all the shops money and my money wasn't there any longer. I will never return to this place, it's poorly managed and staff is rude and lazy. read more

My family and I have always used moss tires but I will no longer be using them. I went there to buy two tires to put on my wife's car and it took over a hour for the woman and guy there to figure out how to order the tires and the guy in glasses wouldn't stop talking about how ever since Larry's wife has taking over shop that it's going down hill because she doesn't know what she doing and it's running customers off. The guy finally got my tires on and not even two miles down highway the tire came off and caused major damage to my car because lug nuts was not tightened on tire. I've heard many people say since Larry and his brother are no longer running tire shop alot of people having problems with guy they have there doing wrong on tires and he is the only person there fixing tires! Now that the moss brothers are not there I will not be returning because the quality of work and friendly environment is gone. Be warned! The tire tech is more worried about talking then paying attention to his job. While I was there he put a tire on another customer's truck and he put on wrong sided and it was the customer who caught it not the tire shop. My family and I were on our way from Dallas to Missouri for vacation. We were towing our boat and noticed the trailer bouncing. We started calling tire repair shops near us. The first tire chain company we called had a 2.5 hour wait. The 2nd chain had a 3 hour wait. Finally, we called Moss Tire Center and it's true what they say...the 3rd time really is a charm! Larry and the guys took care of us immediately! It turned out, we were about to have a blowout! They didn't have the tires we needed, but within 45 minutes of us being there they had the new tires delivered, the old tires off, the new tires on and balanced! They also balanced my front SUV tires! This place is a diamond in the rough! 1) The pricing was more than fair. 2) They had clean restrooms...which was important to me and my 2 girls! 3) The customer service was friendly and excellent. 4) They were quick!
