I love costa Vida. Good food and normally consistent. If you love small portions of good food I would recommend this location. Chips and queso was great half full and when asked the person behind the counter jokes that it was normal. Well if in Orem go to cafe Rio. Chips and queso includes a full pan of chips and 3 kinds of salsa. The enchiladas include a full tortilla of meat. If Cafe Rio is too crowded, this is the place! First of all, be careful driving to this location, we hit an elderly woman's cane because of the lack of stop signs, but luckily it was made out of a tough titanium steel that could surmount great pressure. We were then greeted by friendly workers that took our order and prepared our food for us to eat. They were fast, and knew their blacks from their pintos if you know what I mean. The food was good, their tortillas are thicker and less greasy than Cafe Rio's and their water cups are to die for. No, seriously! Their ice is is small and is easily choked on by small throated people like moi (me in French). I've eaten at this location around 4 times and they are always stingy with their portion sizes. One of the times a new employee was making my burrito, it seemed like a regular sized costa vida burrito, but then her supervisor came over and corrected her "don't put so much in it" and took some out and rolled it up tightly so it was as thinner than a can of Pringles. I'll be sure to choose a different nearby location from now on. This time I painfully watched as they slowly used the tip of the tongs to grab a minuscule portion of the side salad. read more

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews on here are about because every time I have been here it's been nothing but good! The staff is great! Super friendly, fast and helpful. I had staff member actually visit me while I was eating and ask if there was anything I need, which isn't too common for a restaurant with these dynamics. We came in about 20 minutes before they closed and they had run out of tortillas. We decided to wait 10 minutes for them to make new tortillas and it was so worth it. The staff was so nice and accommodating considering they were getting ready to close and were running low. We will definitely be returning whenever we visit Orem again. read more

Love this location especially since there is nothing quick and tasty to eat inside the mall. They did take forever to make our kids quesadillas (after we sat down and started eating they still weren't done and it wasn't busy) and it stinks they charge you $ for them when Cafe Rio gives them to you for free but our kids love them nonetheless. read more

I don't think I know how curbside works. Ordered online and chose curbside pickup, parked in one of the spots that says reserved for curbside pickup. Order was suppose to be ready at 5:57, I went into building at 6:08 and my order was waiting in there. I asked if they do curbside and was told they usually park in front. I asked if the food has been sitting there for 10 minutes and she said yes. One of the staff said she will carry the order to my car, not sure why she offered at this point. Food was cold. read more

I ordered online because I only have 30 minutes for lunch- The food wasn't ready by the specified time( about 6 min later). I got out to my car and noticed that the extra dressing that I ordered wasn't in the bag. I went back in and showed my receipt and received the dressing. I decided to try to eat there. I finally sat down- 10 minutes left of my lunch and I started to eat my salad- it was totally wrong- I looked at my receipt to make sure I didn't order it wrong....NOPE I ordered it right, I ordered no beans on my Sweet Pork Salad and it had beans ( I can't have beans) and NO sweet pork. I went up to the cashier with my salad and receipt and showed her... I didn't have time to remake the salad, They just gave me a side of really liquidy sweet pork. I was super disappointed and since I didn't have time to eat it, I ended up throwing it away. So disappointed that the instructions weren't followed. This was poor service. read more

The food was great, the facility was clean and MOST of the staff was great. There was one employee (Derek) that was a little unprofessional. He was very nice but then came over to our table about half way through our meal and was asking about our tattoos and touching all of them. After trying to get back to our meal he found out we were lesbians and he high fived us, made it very uncomfortable and proceeded to tell us he "just knew" we were gay. First time I've eaten here. The raspberry chicken taco was great. Didn't know what to expect, but very happy with the raspberry sauce... which was a chipotle BBQ with hints of raspberry. I recently found out that I have a serious allergy to animal protein. Because of that I have become essentially vegan. It's not enough to kill me but it will cause vomiting. Today while working a 10 hour shift, I took a lunch to get a burrito. I told them no cheese, no dairy, no meat. Just tortilla, black beans, rice, mixed vegetables, and medium sauce. I didn't watch them closely enough I guess because when I got back to work I found my burrito was coated in cheese. This isn't the first time I've had this problem. You guys just don't listen or care. And more than once I've come home with others peoples burritos. I don't normally complain because when you get the order right your so delicious. But now with my allergies. I just can't risk it any more. Today has been a long hungry day. And I'm just not coming back. I really hope you don't accidentally kill someone someday. We got the coupon from the provo location but no where on it did it say that we had to redeem it from there. After tonight I will not be returning to costa Vida. The pg location in my experience has been hit or miss so I'm good faith I tried this one. Ordered a burrito and the person making my meal brought out a scale to weigh my tin and I received under 3oz of meat for a regular burrito. That amount Would not be sufficient for one taco. I Would have paid for extra but did not feel right about paying extra just to get one normal serving of meat. I was looking forward this meal so I guess that's why I'm so let down and will not be returning. Either way try your luck with a different location or go to a more reliable cafe rio read more
