Been 3 times. Twice the order was wrong, latest order the potatoes in the carne fries were rotten.

Drove all the way over to at 855pm on a monday, they dont close until 11pm and they closed the doors on me and couldn't serve me!!!

I recently moved to the area a few months ago and was hoping to find a solid go-to Mexican spot, but unfortunately this place has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, the customer service at the drive-thru has been rude. It's not just a one-time thing--the tone and attitude from the workers often come off dismissive and unfriendly. On top of that, they've messed up our orders several times, not just mine but my family members' as well, which makes it hard to rely on them. Tonight was especially frustrating. We pulled up to the drive-thru around 8:30pm, and their posted closing time is 9pm. We were told they were only making carne asada fries because they were closing soon. I asked for a simple bean and cheese burrito--something that's arguably easier and quicker to make--but the worker responded, "Nope No No," in a rude tone. I understand places get busy or want to start closing procedures, but if your hours say you're open until 9, customers should still be able to order from the menu until then. It felt more like they just didn't want to make anything else and were trying to wrap up early. The food itself is okay, but for what's supposed to be one of the only Mexican options around, it's just not worth dealing with repeated mistakes and disrespectful service. I will not being going back to this establishment until they get better customer service. read more

The drive thru window is a great feature of this business. I wanted to purchase a single food item and was told that it is sold only in a combo. I opted for something else. I was not impressed with the quality of the carne asada fries I ordered. The fries were very soggy and drenched in a green watery avocado sauce. The amount of meat was substantial but the flavor left a lot to be desired. Not sure we will go there again. The food is not worth the cost. read more

I'm in Eagle Mountain for the holiday weekend. I found this spot on a yelp search. Walking in it reminded me a my spot in Riverton... yep, #9 is the crispy chicken tacos... I ordered the California burrito... steak, potatoes, pico and cheese. It's super quite on this Sunday afternoon with only the music and friendly banter of the staff. The order was taken quickly and courteously with minimal wait. The burrito was prepared with care and is warm and heavy. This California Burrito hit the spot! Tender and flavorful cuts of carne asada, soft chunks of potatoes, pico and cheese. The red sauce in the to go cup was a perfect hint of spice but not too hot. I don't live in EM but if I did this would be a regular stop. read more

My husband and I come here almost every Sunday morning for breakfast burritos, and they're always delicious! He gets the crazy burrito and I usually get the steak and eggs one. The portions are large, and the salsas they come with are great too. They open at 8am on Sundays, but for some reason last week no one was there even though they were supposed to be open....weird! Finally decided to give this place another chance after a year. Ordered a ham breakfast burrito and a carne asada burrito. The carne asada burrito was wrong. I noticed this before I left. I informed the lady at the register and was told that I said the wrong thing and it was not her problem and if I wanted the right burrito to order another one. Had to order another burrito. Very disappointed in our experience here. We went to the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon about 3:00 PM. There was one other group seated at a table, but other than that, we were the only customers in the restaurant. There was no one at the counter when we arrived. We could hear them talking and laughing in the back. When they finally came to the front to take our order. They were very unfriendly. It took a while for our food to be prepared, but that's OK, we like hot food, which it wasn't. While we were seated there eating, an employee came out and mopped the floor with a strong ammonia smelling solution. Half of the tables were turned on their side, giving you a choice of three tables to sit at to eat. It was very unwelcoming! The food was bland. I've been here twice now for breakfast burritos and I've been happy both times. They make it fresh so weather you are in the drive-thru or inside, it takes about 5 minutes to wait for your food. So if you can't wait that long, go to McDonald's where everything is already prepared and kept in warmers. I like that they have 6 booths inside and some big long tables where you can seat about 12 people at a table, probably more if you moved more chairs around the tables. I split my burrito and share it with someone and it's the perfect amount of food for a morning breakfast where you want something more than just a sugary donut. Go check them out! read more

Awesome fast food Mexican place. It's my good to when I am in the mood for some rolled tacos. So so yummy

One of the few spots in the middle of Eagle Mountain to sit down and enjoy a meal. Service was awesome. The young lady who helped us was delightful. As for the food...come HUNGRY. Portions are huge and delicious. We had chili relleno, menudo, taco salad and a few more dishes. All yummy!!! They even have a few different flavored horchatas and ...yes all good. Hit the drive they for a quick lunch. They were friendly and it was pretty quick. I waited about 10 minutes total. I got the Bacon Breakfast Burrito, a favorite of mine. It was pretty comparable to the other chains similar to this restaurant. I decided to get the rolled tacos, with just cheese on top (no guacamole eating over here ). They were crisp but meat inside was fairly bland. I don't think I'd get them again. More food than I could eat but hey, it was only $10!! read more

Where to start, 30 minute wait for 5 cars to be served at the drive thru which I can live with if the food was good. Good it was not. The vegetarian burrito was missing half the ingredients. It was a tortilla with guac, sour cream and cheese, no beans, rice etc. Same deal for the enchiladas. Their hot wells must not be working either because the rice and beans that were given with the enchiladas were at best room temp, as well as the rest of the food not being remotely warm. Seems like an unsafe food situation on top of not even providing the correct food with the correct ingredients. You would have thought with the extended wait time the food would be fresh and correct. We love All the Mexican food places all around us, but we finally have one super close to our house now! The food was delicious and they gave us our money's worth! Nothing is worse than finding that they skimmed on your food so I was very happy when I opened the box and saw lots of everything!! The restaurant is very clean and new and all the staff was very kind!! The service was kind of slow and they don't have an open salsa bar which is a huge bummer for us so that's why I gave them a 4 star. read more
