This company has been in business since 1980. Some of their tour guides have been with the company since they started. If you're going to invest your family's hard earned cash on trip to Israel, then pick a company that knows what they are doing. Fortunately, I was able to backtrack from a bad decision - I had signed up with another company and then decided to forego my deposit after hearing so many great things about Margaret Morse.

He completely ignored the horrific fall from the camel I endured , just disgusting behavior. I would never ever recommend him. Margaret Morse won't compensate for the luggage or inconvenience. They are more loyal to the vendors they use rather than their customers. So if ANYTHING happens on your tour, BE Aware! Its on you, you will get zero assistance from them. Proceed with caution - I booked a rental car thru Turo in advance of my trip to Orlando. I never…read morereceived location instructions thinking that I would receive instructions once I arrived to the airport since the host (or affiliate) would be bringing the car to me personally at the airport. After booking I left a few messages thru the Turo app that went unanswered. I was able to check in 24 hours in advance by submitting my license and selfie, which I did so the only thing I would need to do was check in once I arrived to the airport. I was expected to meet the host with the car on a Thursday at 9:30pm when my flight landed. I received a cancellation due to a blurry license once I landed at the airport. I didn't board my flight until 6pm the night of pick up. During that entire morning/afternoon I never received a notification of a blurry license or the need to resubmit until after 6pm (after business hours) during the time I was on my flight because I never got the notification until after I landed at the airport. I then re-submitted my license after (when the first submission was clear as day) and the host immediately cancelled my booking at the time of pick up. I was stranded at the airport, no other rental companies had rental cars available and I ended up ordering an Uber (a larger expense I did not budget for during my trip). Very unprofessional and unreliable experience!
