They wouldn't give me a Covid test because I have Medicare Advantage insurance even though I said I'd pay out of pocket. Said they couldn't do it because I have Medicare even if they wouldn't be billing them. Makes no sense. Also, there were unmasked people in their tiny waiting room and a staff member walking around with her mask hanging down off one ear. No wonder they had an open testing appt on a day when no one else did! read more

Meh. Went in here to get a physical for a volunteer project. Called all around Missoula to make an appointment, everywhere was booked 2 months back. So I decided to try a walk in clinic. Found this place. They wouldn't except my insurance card? First time that has ever happened. So instead I had to pay $75 upfront in cash and then I mailed my receipt to the insurance company. No big complaint, just annoying, and no explanation as to why. Also had a guy come in 45 min after myself and went in before me, also took 3 try's to get my blood pressure. Finally I waited 2.5 hours to even get in a room for my physical. This is my only real complaint, waiting sucks. Overall got my physical but there are a couple issues at hand. You would be better off to prepare yourself and schedule an appointment somewhere else. read more

I moved to Missoula about a year ago and haven't been able to find a family practice physician locally so I've continued my routine care with my doctor who is about 70 miles away. But about 6 months ago, I developed a respiratory ailment and went to CostCare because it is near my home. The nurse practitioner there, "Jenny" was attentive and professional and referred me for an x-ray in addition to her very thorough exam. She followed up by phone with the radiology results and care plan that same day. I was very pleased with the whole experience, especially since I was a walk-in patient who had never previously visited the clinic. Since then, I have returned to the clinic one more, again encountering the same NP. I never had a problem with my insurance acceptance. I feel that the care there is exemplary, and would recommend the entire clinic team to anyone without hesitation. read more
