Our Yellowstone and Beartooth Highway trip took an unexpected turn when I injured my cornea on the second day. At first, I thought it was just grit or a hair in my eye, but when eye wash didn't help and the pain grew worse, I went to urgent care. The staff at Community FirstCare Urgent Care were excellent--they scheduled me in right away and got me seen quickly. Mary, the attending PA, recognized the seriousness of the injury and explained that it was beyond what they could treat in-office. She referred me to a specialist without delay, which proved to be the right call. I am grateful for the prompt and professional care I received at Community FirstCare, and especially for Mary's attentiveness and judgment in getting me the help I needed. The follow-up care in Missoula was equally excellent, and together both facilities ensured I could safely finish my travels. read more

Do NOT trust this clinic's integrity. Results delayed 6 days due to mislabeled sample = clinical incompetence Poor communication system = systemic problem I am extremely disappointed and concerned with the care my daughter and I received. We visited on Sunday for a test, and the entire experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. The nurse appeared unprepared, did not know about common medicine and I had to look it up on my phone to explain it, hinting at a larger training issue at this clinic. He also followed my daughter into the bathroom and allowed the door to close behind them, which is a serious boundary violation and made us both uncomfortable. We were told we would receive the results Monday. No one called, and their phone system only allows voicemails. I went in person and was told the results were "still pending." Five days later, I returned again and learned the doctor marked the sample to be "sent out"--but it was never actually sent. They admitted they could and will be performing the test in-house. It is now six days later, and we still don't have clear communication or results. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a medical facility. I do not feel comfortable trusting them with my daughter's care and will not be returning. I should not have to make multiple trips and remind them to do their jobs to receive results. read more

I saw the physician at 4 pm yesterday and was told she would send the prescription in immediately. By 5 pm the prescriptions were still not showing up on the app so I called the clinic and they had closed for the day. I returned at 8 am this morning to find they were closed! I went to the Brooks location and was told the doctor had not entered any notes! They were eventually able to reach the doctor and submitted the prescriptions. Very unprofessional! read more

I went in for a personal problem and the person that was checking in people asked me from across the room what I was there for. I told her I was pretty sure I had an infection. She then asks loudly well what kind of infection and where?! I didnt think everyone in the waiting room needed to know my personal health! I found this to be disrespectful and rude! I understand that there are Hepa laws and this violated that by yelling to me from across the room so everyone could hear. The care I received after I was admitted was top quality. I was seen right away and diagnosed with a prescription in hand in a timely manor. read more

NOTE: This review is specifically regarding my experience and opinions and not the urgent care as a business. The office was very clean and I felt safe during COVID which is important for an Urgent Care. If you need quick care I wouldn't not recommend them perhaps you'll be treated better than I was. The front desk staff was nice and they were able to get me seen rather quickly as I was in severe pain which I appreciate (thus the 2 stars). The nurse practitioner I saw was not very personable however and after medication was brought up it felt like she thought I was just trying to get narcotics. I was in a lot of pain... yes of course I wanted pain medication and I asked for it but there are many options other than narcotics. For her to say "I don't prescribe narcotics for this" and then only recommend ibuprofen and tylenol was insulting being that I told her I tried ibuprofen and it didn't help. She pretty much implied that I was just trying to find drugs. Reality check- it's easy to find drugs... you don't need to go to a doctor to get high if that's your thing. I was there because I was in severe pain and I felt like that wasn't being taken seriously. I have a high pain tolerance so I was composed although I could have been much less controlled... I wonder if I was if I'd have been taken more seriously. She prescribed a muscle relaxant and sent me off. She didn't offer to give me anything to help the pain I was in immediately even though I told them it was difficult to walk or drive. Unfortunately since this is the main urgent care here I may have to go back if it flares up again but I hope they treat me with more respect and sympathy if I do. I've had back issues my whole life... just because I'm knowledgeable about medication does NOT make me a fiend. read more

I was visiting from out of town when I developed a problem with one of my eyes. I walked in and was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Being from out of town they helped me chose a pharmacy to fill my prescription and also gave me a referral to a local eye doctor had I required a follow up. I felt well cared for and in very capable hands. I had an amazing experience. read more

Came in to this urgent care because I almost 95% sure I have mono, front desk lady was less then nice, nurse was great, finally doctor ANDREW comes and is straight off a complete utter douche bag. He's so nonchalant about my symptoms and mentions more than once thay mono is not treatable and that I have to " ride out" the sickness. And then proceeds to mention how the $75 blood test would be wayyyy to spendy for me but he's so willing to do it but again maybe three times says that it'd b a waste of time because he knows I have mono and he doesn't need a test to prove it. I left that office feeling like he had completely ran over me and did not give one ounce of a shit about my health. I was just in for a hip replacement and I was treated with stellar care. The staff is fantastic and everyone is so nice. Dr. Whiting did my replacement and he's fantastic. I have little pain and they have a great protocol for post hip treatment. Thank you to everyone that treated me so wonderful and I would go back again in to have any procedure I may need. read more
