I love this location due to the friendliness of staff, cleanliness and convenience of its location. I go here with my husband every Sunday after church, as it's just on the way back home. They always greet us at the door in a friendly matter. I throughly enjoy the atmosphere the staff provides. This store always has an abundance of yummy samples, and the staff members are very knowledgeable about the products they are handing out and their ingredients. My husband is vegan and allergic to cashews, so we do a lot of asking. They don't seem to mind at all, which is always nice. They always have a wide array of samples to taste. For example, this past Sunday I sampled chips and guacamole, steak chimichangas, organic coconut water, and fried shrimp. The ladies are nice enough to answer any questions. The lines here can get hectic on the weekend but the employees tend to open as many registers as possible to move things along quite quickly. As crazy as the lines can get, I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be rung up. Moving on, the women at the return desk are awfully nice too, I've had items to return with no receipt, and had no problems. The food court here is my guilty pleasure. I love the Very Berry Sunday. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it, it's a total game changer. Also it must be noted that the gas here is dirt cheap. You just can't beat the prices here. I will tell you that if you go around noon, you'll be waiting about 20 minutes for a pump, so I recommend you go early in the morning, around 9AM. read more

Worst service.. Called for 3 pizzas at 4:36pm.. The person told me 30 mins.. I got there and paid for the pizza.. The lady told me it would be another 5-6 mins.. Mind you it's already 5:15.. I wait by the side for the pizza.. The person at the window tells me it'll be ready in another 3-4 mins.. He's tells me they forgot to make the cheese pizza.. So, I wait longer.. I just got in my car.. The time is 5:53pm.. About a hour and 15 mins for a call-in order.. Also, about 10 other people get pizzas before me..!!!! read more

This is the better of the two Costcos in town. The food court is outdoors and pretty efficient. While many people think that Costco has good prices, I think there are several other stores that are cheaper. Winco, Foods Co, and Aldi seem to be lower priced for most groceries, and they don't force you to buy in huge quantities either. read more

I went to this Costco because it's less busy as the one on rosedale hwy. But I think I will just continue to visit the rosedale store. I was charged twice for one item, I tried to ask Christina at the customer service desk a question and she was very rude. Didn't even let me ask my question before she yelled at me there's only one line. Horrible customer service. Ordered a cheese pizza by phone at 5pm and was told the pizza would take thirty minutes to be done. We got there at 5:35pm and paid inside then went to the pick up window. There, it took someone almost five minutes to even acknowledge our presence. They were busy so I didn't think much of it. Then I gave my phone number and the woman working tells me they don't have my order. We double checked we called the right Costco and the man who took my order even confirmed as well. She tells us the next Cheese pizza will be ours. Ten minutes pass by, nothing. By this point it's past 6pm when they stop taking pizza orders. 15 minutes later finally they gave us our pizza. We thanked them and went home. We didn't check the pizza as we were in a rush and had already spent unnecessary time. Upon arriving home we opened the pizza and this is what we found. Great to have a costco in the southwest of town. Full service with food, gas, and a food court. I fully appreciate the quality of the meat with the option with real prime grade beef. The food court now takes ATM cards which is great! Call in and order your pizza and pick up. There is plenty of space to eat outside but may not be the most conducive depending on the weather. This is a great typical cookie cutter costco that I enjoy. Become a member and enjoy your perks. read more

Costco on Panama is great! They far less crowded as Rosedale and the workers are very friendly and professional.

We love this Costco. We shop at this Costco on a regular, almost weekly basis. We also purchase our gas here regularly. The employees are always very nice and always seem to be having a good time working together. The isles are always very clean and organized. They have items that they keep stocked on a regular basis, and then they have items that come and go. Sometimes, that's a bit tough, because if you find an item that you like, you can't always assume that it will be there the next time you are there to shop. The lines always appear to be pretty long, but they move very quickly. The cashiers and assistance are always very efficient and get you through the lines quickly. Ultimately, we enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. read more

I purchased some new furnitures at Costco such as a dining table set and a sofa for my new home. The quality is good, and they have fair prices. The good thing about it is that you can exchange or return the items if you want. read more

Costco has discriminated and singled me out by asking to look in my SMALL purse for no reason. There was a lady with a huge LV purse in front of me but they decided to stop me with the little bag I had that was 3 times smaller than hers. I honestly don't know why they would choose to search me aside from the fact that I'm Hispanic and maybe looked suspicious to them. In the membership agreement it says they have the right to do that but after 10 years of shopping there I have never been asked by any of the employees to search my bag or even witnessed them asking any other customers behind me or in front of me to search their bag. I have been humiliated and personally attacked by Costco. I have never been so embarrassed. I use to have so much respect and love for this store but after Wednesday nights events I feel the complete opposite. I was brought to tears to have someone make me feel the way they did that evening. And if anyone thinks I'm over reacting about this situation its probably because you've never been stopped for no reason to get your bag checked while a group of people stare at you. I don't know if it was because I am Mexican or because I was dressed casual but I bet if I was wearing designer name clothes and jewelry with my big sunglasses no one would of bothered me. Costco need to seriously have their little meeting regarding this and think about how to approach their customers when it comes to situations like this. This Costco is good, but I prefer the one on Rosedale so maybe my opinion is bias. This Costco is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful most of the time. My only issue is that this Costco seems to not seem to have as much stuff as the one on Rosedale. There were several common household things I get at the one on Rosedale that were not carried at this Costco. The check out lines at this Costco do seem to move faster and more efficiently and the food area is outside which makes it easier to get to. read more

I feel we spend enough money here weekly for me to be treated like im stupid. I went in on a Monday after a sale and saw that an item was still being advertised as buy 1 get 1 free so i logically get it. I get to the register and I'm being charged for 2, I explain to the cashier that it's advertised in the back as bogo free, she calls her supervisor, who calls someone else to check it out. About 5 minutes later the manager (short mexican lady) asks me if I can show her where I saw this sign, I go back and the sign has vanished. I ask why she makes me go back there if she already has had someone take the sign down, she goes on to rudely respond well it's not my fault the sale ended yesterday and you can't read. At this point I'm pissed off and go see if I can speak to a manager( I didn't know she was the manager at this time) he goes on to say he can't do anything because the sale has expired. As someone who has dealt with retail before, I'd know better than argue with a customer, first of all they should have honored the price and yes removed the sign, If the people in charge of taking off the old sale labels missed one it is not the customers fault. As a manager you don't treat your customers like that either, making me look stupid, you eat the loss and take care of the situation not handle it the way they did. read more

Curtis from tire department is awesome. Call in about 30 minutes before close and ask if it's ok to bring in the car for a flat tire. Showed up 15 minutes later and he took care of me even it means he has to work overtime. Because of him I get to go back LA tonight. Great customer service. read more

The staff at this pharmacy are poorly trained and rude. After three poor experiences, and getting nowhere with the management staff, I am taking my business elsewhere. I love everything about Costco except there tire dept the young man that helped us was really nice and helpful but the manager of the tire section was hard to understand and not helpful he also charged us a lot of money for a new tire that was under warranty and lasted only a few months. read more

I was told while I was at Costco purchasing Swift Baby back Ribs that the membrane had been removed. After opening the 3 pack, I found that it hadn't. I purchased St Louis stake before and 1 out of 3 had the membrane. Hopefully this won't happen again because they are tasty. read more

Costco is great... At getting your money! The place deals in bulk which for sure adds up. Of course you'd be a foul not to buy your necessities here. I go for the paper goods, toiletries and samples ;). The liberal return policy and the quality of products makes them one of my faves. read more

Compared to the numerous other Costcos I've been to, this particular Costco seems to be my favorite. The staff here is friendly, the premises is kept fairly clean, and there aren't children running around screaming bloody murder. Also, the parking spaces and lot is spacious with multiple entrances/exits, unlike some other Costcos (I'm looking at you, Marina del Rey!). read more

Beyond annoyed at the customer service at this Costco. Normally my experiences are not bad despite the wait time for checkout, but today was unbelievable. A break down of what occurred: I needed to buy some supplies from Costco and like other times, my mother let me borrow her membership (keep in mind she has been an executive member for over 12 years). At checkout other team members in the past have scanned my mother's card and then allow me to checkout which by the way is quite efficient. Instead this cashier named Jessica (I don't know her last mane but she's pregnant) and her cart loading helper Maria decided it was best to ring me up on the same receipt as my mother to which Jessica proceeded to mess up. She had my mother scan her card after my transaction went through, but somehow managed to mess up and charged my mom my total. At this point the line continues to grow and Jessica is trying to recall her elementary grade math skills by subtracting my mom's actual total to my total (this took longer than expected). My mom asks them whether it would have been easier to have done two completely separate transactions like other employees have done before, to which Maria responds in the most scolding way possible that it's our fault that we should have separate memberships or solve the money issue outside by saying that that's what her superiors have said (which I highly doubt considering they are still generating profit since I'm also purchasing merchandise). Alas! Jessica was able to figure out how much my mother's total actually was and had her scan her card again, at this point she apologizes to the man BEHIND us but not to US which just baffled me! Shouldn't she apologize to us? We are the ones wasting time and having to swipe our cards numerous times! Regardless last time I checked being a cashier was not rocket science. These two employees were beyond rude and disrespectful and I hope someone speaks to them because this is unacceptable from a company I think so highly of. read more

If I were reviewing your pizza costco, you would hands down get a full five stars. However if I return time after time and the same things I'm looking for are always empty I may get tired of returning. Now if I were to stop one day and ask the first associate I saw about an item and he says I don't know let me ask if we have what you're looking for all the while speed walking away from me I may start to feel a little lost. So there I stand lost n wondering so I find another associate who then passes me to someone who passes me to someone else who send me to the infamous front desk where I never receive any sort of answer or get told to wait for someone who's being tracked down. Who are these drones you choose to run that lil stand like area? Why do they never have answers to costco problems? This business used to be number one in my eyes but I am thinking Sams club is the answer. If I had a penny for every time I didn't get helped by your employees and then spent 15 minutes in line checking out I could afford your expensively over priced membership in less than a month. read more
