As someone who has been a Costco member for most of their life, I had heard of the elusive "Costco Business Center" but never visited. With a lot fewer locations in the US than the traditional warehouse, I am fortunate to have one in my state. I will say the trek to get there is a decent drive from where I live but I had so much fun visiting. They had so many options for businesses but I was even fascinated as a consumer. They had neon OPEN signs, lots of kitchen utensils and pots and pans. It was really nice since people who have vending machines shop there so they sold stuff more individually than multi-pack (ex. Instead of a variety pack of lays you could buy one box of a single flavor). Personally I like this option as there are a lot of flavors I don't like. They had amazing deals on meat and cheese in bulk. I decided to buy one of their king size boxes of Superpretzel. For $11, I got 20 king size pretzels for almost the price of a couple small ones. When I went (on a Saturday night) it was near empty so the shopping experience was pleasant. I will definitely be back! I will say this is not your traditional Costco. They do not have a food court and no clothing/home goods section. It's mainly for restaurants and businesses, hence Costco business center. They do have a gas station. read more

When I needed help finding an item I got quick help from an employee. They were busy but took time to help/answer me. Gas prices are always better here than other places and most often have an attendant to help if needed. One less busy day I talked to the attendant saying I was afraid criminals can set up a way to get my credit card # copied at some gas pumps, the attendant took time to SHOW ME HOW the pumps are checked daily to avoid that happening. I enjoy the ease of visiting this location. I refuel and grab my desired snacks. It's nowhere near as busy as other Costco locations I've visited and I've been visiting this location for the past four years. I come in and grab all the things I need in less than 30 minutes. Members-only warehouse selling a huge variety of items including bulk groceries, electronics and more. Costco Business Center offers an expanded selection of high quality products for food service, convenience stores and offices at a great value. This store location has a gas station in the premises. I love going here as they always have done of the least expensive gas in the area. They offer only regular and premium (no mid grade or diesel). The line is rarely long and the store is never too crowded. So simple to get out, fill up, and go about your day. If you just need gas at a great price this is the place. Carry a Visa card if you want to pay with a credit/debit card. Costco Citi Visa card is a great addition for frequent shoppers. Compare to other Costco stores this one has very little inventory. There is a difference between the "Regular Costco" and Business Center. This is where restaurant owners and small stores shop. So don't come here looking for samples of different foods, clothing, shoes, toys, furniture, flowers, and etc. They sell items for individual sale. Whole, yep the entire animal to cut and cook. This is a huge store, you can go here if you are trying to buy anything in bulk. Many things here are even larger in size than at other Costco stores. There are many various business equipment items for sale and even larger cuts of meat, like whole goat. It's worth giving this Costco Business Center a look. You might find things you could not find at other Costco stores. They close at 6 PM and are open everyday. It's a walk-in and shop or they will deliver. The staff are very helpful and friendly, very good customer service. The prices are usually the best here that can be found. The place is maintained clean and neat. We get gas (I always look for Costco gas when traveling) and all things for tires done at Costco. The savings pays for the card, with a percentage back making it a deal. Stock varies hugely by region. Some things we don't see in the south. But the Kirkland brand is a favorite and we love the cheese selection. read more

On August 8th, 2024, almost $2000 worth of my EBT money was stolen from this location in 3 separate large transactions. I am not even from Georgia, I'm from New York City, and this Costco allowed someone to use a New York State EBT card at the location. Keep in mind, membership ID's are used to purchase from Costco so they should have record of who did it, even if the ID card was stolen, so I am posting this everywhere I possibly can to get this resolved from Costco and from NY State, because I have to wait over a month for tany results, Costco should be held accountable, even if I receive my funds back. read more

We came for the food and gas. We only got the gas, which was the lowest price around. It's always quick and easy. Today was no exception. We had no wait. We didn't get the food. This location no longer offers hot dogs and a drink, nor any food items nor any drinks. We were disappointed, but we could understand why. It's a business center, and they cater to business clientele. It might not have been as profitable. We used the bathrooms. They were clean and stocked. The Dyson hand dryers were fast and thorough. We would have shopped, but we were in a hurry to get back to FL. This Costco looked clean, spacious, and well lit. The employees we encountered were helpful and friendly. read more

Covid review (visited March 2020) So the Costco business center is a little different than regular Costco locations. First off the hours are different than your typical Costco (This Costco on the weekend opens at 7 am). Second, this was during the period where COVID-19 was JUST getting started and it was impossible to find water, alcohol, hand sanitizer and toilet paper. I'm giving this Costco 5 stars because we had a plan on our last day in Stockbridge to go in the morning and see if we could find ANY of these items. Guess what guys? Outside of the hand sanitizer, we found ALL of the items and while there were limits on how many items we could get, 5 cases of water, and one super pack of toilet paper were more than enough to keep us set for over a Month (came back to this review in May (and posting it in September) after visiting March 18). You don't need a special membership to get inside the Costco business center location. Basically if you have a Costco card, you're in. There is a gas station here and a ton of parking as well. If you live in Stockbridge, or even if you don't, for those hard to find items, you may want to swing on by this location to get the things you need! read more

Was excited to make the journey to this shop since Doughnut Lane was closed for Summer break. Let's just say save your gas money. Not worthy...that should speak volumes. When you walk-in you immediately see a huge sign with more than twelve different doughnuts to choose from. You place your order and they make your doughnuts one at a time while you wait. If you are into a greasy Bland cake doughnut with 12 pluse toppings and don't mind paying $2.50 for a doughnut have size of Dunkin then this place is for you. It definitely not a Donut Dollies that suddenly closed off of Cherokee Accross from Kennerstone Hospital. They also closed the Howell Mill location and the Buckhead store. Their breakfast/ pastry shop on the floor above was closed as well. Too bad they made a gourmet doughnut that was worth paying upwards of $5.50 each. So sad they are nolonger in business. No other doughnut shop can even come close. That's a big lose to the Atlanta Metro. Save your money and avoid the gimmick fresh made dough-Nuts while you wait. read more

Do not shop at this location very rude associates and assistant manager. They all need to go back to school for customer service. Let's start with Greeting. When someone walk into your business your first order of business should be Hello or Welcome. Not card? Regardless of your policy it's called etiquette. So I proceed to say my friend is shopping... greeter states oh they have to let us know at the door. Ask for the manager, he comes what's the problem? My friend is shopping she asked me for my card I have been in several times without presenting this. Never the less the point is... customer service!! Instead of saying oh u don't have a card you have to be a member to come in.. well obviously. As a manager what you should be saying is..Welcome I understand your friend is shopping but since you are not a member let see if we can get you signed up to become a member today. Just a lesson on customer service and how to attract more customers with a pleasant attitude and knowing communication strengths. Definitely caters to business owners NOT the regular Costco:(. But they do carry some of the same items such as nuts, snacks, candy, water, beverages, pot and pans, glassware. Also, household items like washing detergent, bleach, cleaners, paper plates, paper towels and napkins, trash bags, charcoal. They offers a variety of meats too. As well as fruits and veggies, milk,eggs, yogurt, and typical frozen foods items, seasoning, condiments and 20 lb bags of ice. As well as normal concessions stand with hot dogs, pizza, fruit smoothie etc. At least it's enough variety if you need these items you don't have to drive a distance to the regular one. A 3-star review for a Costco from a rabid fan? Surely, that can't be! Be. This is a "business center", which means it's devoid of the usual Costco faves like baked goods and rotisserie chickens: heck, I don't think they even have a wine section (that's 2 stars off right there!). Normally I wouldn't hesitate to say I like Costco. They've gotten a lot of good press for some really good reasons lately. It pains me to leave this very negative review of what some corporate shill has done to this location: They've turned it into a business center. As a result, the inventory has changed drastically. I can buy a mixing bowl big enough for Gary Coleman to do laps in, but all the cool electronics are gone. I can pick up 10,000 "thank you" shopping bags. But the high-quality foodstuffs we looked forward to are gone. The bakery? What bakery? To me, this is total alienation of the local market. The "business center" is now impersonal. Cold. Never-mind the folks who bought memberships expecting something other than the sterile experience they've currently got. And I really don't want to add another 90min of driving to my day (45min each way) to find another REAL Costco. The thing that kills me is that there is plenty of vacant retail space right next to this location that would have made for an excellent business center, or even a scaled down version of a "regular" Costco. And the local business community (not to mention the local chamber of commerce) would have welcomed such an addition with open arms. Costco has disenfranchised its local fans. I hope they'll take the opportunity to enfranchise the local community with expansion of another nearby, warm and friendly Costco. read more

Got exactly what I needed. Consumers have to remember this is a business Costco not a personal consumer Costco. If you want all the frills go to the regular Costco. But if you're looking for items that are unique to businesses such as restaurants this is the place to go. Slightly higher prices here but if your a chef, a restaurant owner or a caterer this place is for you. You can buy half a lamb or hog. Good selection of meats and cheeses, sauces, etc to run your business. I can actually find Evergood hot links here. I cannot find them at any other Costco or grocery store. Those and the Jimmy Dean are the best hot links IMO. They also have other regional type sausages like cajun which I've used in my red beans and rice. read more

Keep in mind this is a business location so they do not have some items that other Costco's have, which is unfortunate. There are still great deals but they are missing products that I would find beneficial. This location doesn't carry everything I need and they don't have many registers open...sometimes only 1 register is open. However, the lines aren't usually long. I don't usually have more than 1 or 2 people ahead of me so they appear to be staffed appropriately. Just picked up a few things and saw they have a food truck Thursday. I was very hungry and very pleased. There were about 5 trucks out and one that had frozen ice. Very nicely organized and a good selection of nibs. A little pricey, but good portion size. Yeah, definitely make the trip on a Thursday and enjoy the sun and good food offerings! I believe they are there between 11 and 2:30, but you can call to confirm. read more

Gas is what we needed and gas is what we got! At a great price compared to local gas stations! The going price locally was $2.19 and $2.39 around the corner, but Costco had it for $2.09. We ran inside and scoped it out and it does cater to businesses as it sells commercial appliances and items in larger bulk than a typical Costco. No clothes, books, etc., but it did have the hotdog/soda combo at the concession for less than $2! Definitely no complaints from me about this Costco experience. read more

I love Costco but really dislike this particular location. Ignore all of the old reviews for this place. Since it has become a business center it's no longer a good place to shop. First of all their hours are reduced and they are closed on Sunday. They don't stock the same items as a regular Costco and cater mostly to businesses. I have to drive an hour to get to the nearest customer friendly Costco. Update: I've added a star because you can get lots of things here that you can't get at a regular Costco. Most of the items here are geared towards resale and come In cases that are individually packaged for resale. Plus they have a lot of industrial equipment and refurbished electronics (think big TVs) for cheap. They still need to be open at more convenient hours. read more

BEWARE: This review is for the delivery service of the business center. They accept your order on the internet and charge your credit card immediately. Then the driver comes to deliver with a whole bunch of small office items on a pallet that's shrink wrapped, and he refuses to break it down and carry it all up one flight of outdoor steps (8 concrete steps) and through office front door. On order was specifically noted "no pallets". No delivery made. 58 minutes to get a human to discuss (after 3 different individuals in Seattle kept putting the call on hold). Finally called Morrow directly, got the dispatcher, sent photos via email of the site (which should have been no issue) and never heard back. Was assured charge would be reversed but wasn't. A week later, have to charge back AMEX. Bottom lime - they cannot deliver supplies in standard office environment with no overhead door/hand truck/pallet jack available. Customer service abysmal. Never had an issue w quill, Staples or Office Depot. 23 years a Costco member so "gave it a shot". Never again. Beware!!!! read more

It has turned into a Business Costco. This location is the closest to me, but still a far drive. We've driven up there quite a few times to get the stables we go to Costco for which is the meat. It's a toss up with what they have and don't have. Can hardly find pork, sometimes they never have them. This last time, the only chicken available was 6 packets of wings. This is a total letdown for me, as we don't have a lot of money and the meat helps us out greatly. Costco really isn't practical anymore. I don't mind them changing to have more 'business' related items, but I was hoping they would still cater to regular families and couples who use them to save money. I wish there was another Costco closer to where I live. I also miss the free samples. read more
