This Costco has plenty of conveniently located parking places and it is a good thing! Today we went on a Sunday about 5:30 and it was hopping! Even so, we were able to shop without too much disruption from other people. There are so many items there that are a great value. Some of our favorites are their ice bream bars, fudge cycles, wine and the roasted chicken, of course. We didn't get one today, though, as it was too late and they were about to close. During the holidays they always offer a great selection of gift items. Because it was closing as we were checking out, they were even faster than usual. And, the employees are always helpful and friendly. read more

Well their individual.pizza slices appear to have shrunk based on my last visit/purchase. My guesstimate is fill size pizza has last about an inch based most recent. Also I looked at whole pizzas in warming area. Ag at in they havn't changed pan size as the whole pizzas did not appear to reach out to edge of where they used to get to!?!? If/when they get smaller pans it probably wont be as noticeable. read more

No need to go inside today, this was a visit to the Costco Gas Station which Yelp will insist on merging with the warehouse even though they have separate hours. Most folks can line up on either side but unless I want to run the hose *through* the Sprinter van, I have to be on this side. The queue went fast enough and I was at the pump. Scan my membership card and then my payment card, fuel up and go. Costco fuel is usually cheaper than other stations because you're getting the subsidy of your membership. Always the best price for gas the lines go pretty fast and worth the wait if they are long.

April - one of the store supervisors at the Estero location is rude and racist. She gave me an attitude when trying to buy gold. Initially, she said "they don't have any", until someone actually checked and confirmed they had a few bars left. She then tried to make me fill out a tax form, which I argued that I did not need (not using cash). Another person had to confirmed this (she was wrong again). The attitude and demeanor was nasty, especially to a customer who is trying to spend $10k plus. Truly unacceptable. Will be calling Corporate to report this, wonder how many people unknowingly filled out the IRS "Form 8300" when then didn't need to because of April's ignorance. read more

This Costco is great. There are 6 lines for gas. It is ~4 miles/less than 10 minutes from Ft. Myers Airport (RSW) if you want to get gas before or after airport. Airport does have a Mobil gas station & 7-eleven @ the cell phone lot. The employees here are very helpful and polite just like all of the other Costcos. There is a EV charging spot in the parking lot right next to Costco. read more

My daughter and I stopped in today to look for bed linens. I spotted a neutral 5 x7 rug partly lying on the floor. I asked the clerk what was the price and where was the box it came in. She showed me other rugs of the same size but different patterns. She told me I should go to the front and speak to the manager about an open box discount since there was no box. So after I finished my shopping, I went to the front and asked for a manager. A manager named Justin was on duty in the self checkout line. I told him the condition of the rug that I found it in and if they offered an open box discount since this product was opened, and I didn't know if it had been returned or not, He replied, that he could get a full refund on the rug just by returning it to the manufacturer without the box and that he was under no obligation to give me any kind of discount. He then walked away. I was left shocked and humiliated by the entire episode because obviously people around me heard the the interaction. Feeling humiliated and not wanting to draw anymore attention to myself, I went ahead and bought the rug. I will however be returning it tomorrow, of course without a box which I'm sure I will have to explain. I will not only will return the rug, but I will also cancel my membership. I have no desire to pay $120 a year to be treated this way. read more

Full stars off season, during season I stay away though they handle crowds relatively well most the time it does bottle up Love the store but it seems so does the entire world. What can I say? Forced to come and get Diet Coke for my addict hubby and rotisserie chicken for our dogs ... yes they are spoiled and deserve to be Cheapest gas in town, returns are easy, staff friendly. I was wondering if the Costco is the same as the one in Arizona. I can't deal with the crowds, the chaos , buying in bulk to save, screaming kids...it's what I envision hell being like...And apparently it's universally the same experience no matter what state you are in...Then there's the stressed out , rude staff and I really don't blame them working in that nonsense...It's just not a relaxing shopping experience to save a few dollars...If I feel like I need a tranquilizer or a martini after leaving there, then maybe it's not for me...So I'm grinding up my Costco card and looking for a more peaceful way to save money... read more

I had the exact same experience as Aileen. Wish I had read the review before. Had a screw in one tire. Not in the sidewall, in the tread. Initially told it likely could be plugged. Then I get a call from the tire guy stating that Costco policy requires a new tire and if I wanted a plug I could take it to a Mom and Pop tire place. Long story short. I normally go to Costco for their amazing gas, but today my parents were pumping gas, and around the 3 dollar marker they found out gas wasn't actually pumping. They tried to wave someone down but couldn't get anyone's attention so they left and called me. I ended up calling a manager and tried to resolve the issue. He told me to just have them go back to the gas station and they would fix it. So I drove up with them. When we did and I mentioned to the employee about it they looked at me like I was crazy. I further tried to explain only for them to tell me how to call for help from the pump. That doesn't help the fact my parent paid for something they didn't get. it was only 3 dollars but it's more about the fact they did nothing to make it right, atleast give them a refund... read more

Great Service!! I have been a Costco customer since 1997, and have almost always been satisfied. I had an issue with a couch that I felt really bad about returning, but the quality was just not up to Costco standards. After a third issue with the couch I went in to speak with Gregory a front end supervisor, who was able to look into the issue and helped me find resolution. He was very professional and walked me through the process. Yet another reason why I continue to belong to Costco, their customer service!!!! read more

they always have what I want, the people are usually available and helpful when I need them and I honestly don't have any complaints about this Costco. It's always clean and the one time the bathroom wasn't I let them know when they went and took care of it right away. It's not a lot of fun to shop when it season, so you have to be sharp. I always park far away anyway because it seems like people don't know how to park or drive during that time of year and it gets clustered. I make it easy by parking a distance away. read more

A little cluttered but good selection and good prices. I wore my sunglasses inside. I didnt even put them on my head, i just wore them- inside -I felt like a bad ass. The meat felt like good quality and the mangos were nicely ripe. I dropped a three pack of pizza sauce but they didnt shatter. God shines his providence over me despite my trespasses. Thank you God. I would like to see the pallet jacks and other equipment put away rather than blocking isles and awkwardly obstructing the store. read more

Everyone said this was a good place to buy tires from. I wouldn't agree. I took photos of the side walls of the tires and the vehicle 'book'. That is how they decided which tires to order. Waited 2 weeks for the tires to be delivered. I went there today to have them installed. They told me the tires ordered were not the right tires. That I needed run flats. I lost faith in them and called the dealership. They said the car does not require run flats & they could have them in 1 day. BMW's charge was the same as Costco. I have an appointment in 2 days. Costco doesn't seen to be a good option for tires. Toilet paper, yes. read more

It's Costco. My husband likes their food so we shop there from time to time. I like then man at the exit. He's always complimentary. The gas station situation is a complete mess. Costco needs a public lecture and for not addressing this traffic flow problem. It would cost them only a few parking spaces to better define a safer access (or to build a 4th gas lane) but they refuse to make simple changes here and folks continue to navigate the maze at their own risk. So..maybe my initial message to Costco. will spark a much needed improvement? We can only hope. I dunno. I only go as a passenger, so forced against my will. I've frequented this Costco on several occasions to purchase groceries and home items, but this review is strictly about their food court. The best part of their food court is the affordability and portion sizes; I always order a churro or soft serve each time. The churro is only $1, and the soft serve is slightly higher, but enough to serve two people. Even their other options, such as the chicken bake or pizza, is only a few dollars. When Costco came out with acai bowls, I had to go try them. For $5, you receive a decently sized bowl of the frozen acai mix with granola, blueberries, and strawberries toppings. I found their acai bowls to be a lot more icy and sour than other places. However, for $5, it is definitely one of the cheapest that I've seen. I gave the food court four stars for their service. On busy days, the line can get very long, even though the majority of food is ready upon ordering. When I ordered my acai bowl, they ran out of blueberries and had to refill in the back. However, the worker that helped me called for someone else to get the blueberries, and left my unfinished acai bowl sitting there for several minutes until the other worker was free. Great Costco. Lots of close parking. Big store well organized. Went to get gas and return something i bought at naples store. Bought some led Christmas lights that changed color and put two boxes on the tree and they stopped working after 10 minutes. So I returned them and the 3 other boxes of the same lights I bought. Shame because I liked them. Costco gave me a refund no problem as usual. Great customer service and great store. Lines at the gas pumps and line to return items. Par for the course at Costco, popular place. It has lines for a reason. read more

I shop groceries at 4 or 5 different places to get the best deals, and stay under budget... Costco is a big piece of that. Additionally there are several other things that make Costco a personal favorite. Quality products at good prices. I save enough money on prescriptions every month to pay for my annual membership. Employees are helpful and super friendly. The "food court" serves big portions at low prices. Great deals on tools, books, and home items. Highly recommended! read more

If you need tires you should use the Estero store. I need one tire because of a flat and the Naples store just blew me off. Costco is a good place to shop. However the tire service center is terrible. I have had nothing but problems with the tire center. Every time I try to get something done it is nothing but a hassle. The employees get upset that you need tire service and always make it difficult to get simple things done. I wish Costco management would do a better job of supervision of their tire centers. read more

This place is great! I walk around getting samples until I'm full then don't need to buy anything because I get free food here.

My biggest pet peeve is when you hand the cashier your Citi Costco card they scan your membership barcode and then they DON'T GIVE IT BACK! Rather than giving the card back they ask "do you want it on the card?" And then they tap or hold your card on the POS machine instead of ringing up your items, which slows them down slightly. Essentially they're paying for items using my card which is probably borderline illegal, but the part that irritates me the most is that it makes the customer feel stupid, as if they wouldn't be able to figure it out on their own. The other issue is that we aren't able to see the total prior to the cashier processing the card. Just scan my membership and hand my card back immediately! read more

"LONG HOSES FUEL EITHER SIDE!" That's what she said! Actually it is what the sign said! Yes that is the sign that is posted on the pumps here at the Costco Gas Station. I must say that this is great advice, if you get your gas at Costco! The hose is really long enough to reach any side, so just get in the shortest line to grab your gas and stretch your hose to your tank. Did she really just say that? Probably not!!! When in Southwest Florida this is the place to fuel up your rental car before returning back to the airport. First, make sure you have a membership before pulling in here because you must be a member. I will advise you to have a little patience and to be prepared for a long line of cars because these are the best prices in the area. On my most recent visit we witnessed two people verbally fighting. I talked to the Costco Gas Attendant and he told me that it is quite normal for people to exchange a few nasty words at each other. Hmmm! Would America watch a reality show based in a Costco Gas station? Probably yes...I am currently copyrighting this idea here in my Costco Review. Or just call me and we will compare notes and produce it together. So if you need gas, then this is your place to fill up. And if you like long hoses then you are going to be really happy!!!
