When I arrived, I walked in to pay for gas as I normally do and was assisted by a very kind employee--unfortunately, I did not catch her name. After completing the transaction, I went to the pump, but it wasn't working. I returned to the store to inform them, and that's when another employee came out from the back. This individual was exceptionally rude, accusing me of not paying for the gas and insisting I check my receipt. Despite the situation, I remained calm, but her behavior was unnecessarily hostile. I had already paid $60, and yet I still hadn't received the gas I paid for or my money back. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location. The unprofessional attitude of this employee was unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to address such behavior.
