I used to frequently visit this gas station to fill up my car and purchase energy drinks to help me get through my overnight shifts. However, after today's experience, I will no longer be returning. When I arrived, I walked in to pay for gas as I normally do and was assisted by a very kind employee--unfortunately, I did not catch her name. After completing the transaction, I went to the pump, but it wasn't working. I returned to the store to inform them, and that's when another employee came out from the back. This individual was exceptionally rude, accusing me of not paying for the gas and insisting I check my receipt. Despite the situation, I remained calm, but her behavior was unnecessarily hostile. I had already paid $60, and yet I still hadn't received the gas I paid for or my money back. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location. The unprofessional attitude of this employee was unacceptable, and I hope management takes action to address such behavior. read more

Went to fill up my motorhome and was cut off at $75. I chose to come here because I had a $0.40 off reward from Ralphs and didn't realize that I will only get to fill-up if I'm inconvenienced by going inside to pay. Sure, I would've done that with these ridiculous high prices if the sign wouldn't be size 12-font and 5 sentences long. I went inside and politely asked Robert if I can continue pumping for the same price. He politely declined and mentioned that many people have been complaining and that he's spoken to his manager Chandra because they are going to lose a lot of customers. I'm so upset that with these high prices they cut off the pump at $75!!!! That's the lowest cut off I've ever encountered, I'm sure they want to make their profit as well. Sadly, I didn't even get 1/4 tank of gas with $75 and just threw my $0.40 reward away. I suggested to Robert for him to make a huge sign on each pump so that people are aware of the $75 cut off- he said he was going to do it....let me know if he does. read more

I've been to this Shell Gas Station maybe 6 times since it opened... Two visits were this weekend. Both times I parked at pump #8. Friday, I used a credit card and the touch pad was so worn I couldn't read all the numbers. I entered the zip code correctly, but it wasn't registering. I had to enter it 4 times and finally figured out that some numbers I needed to push twice to get it to display on the screen. I was irritated, but thought I'd use another pump with a card next time. Tonight, I pulled into the same pump as it was the only one available. I walked in with cash even though my knee was hurting and #8 is the furthest from the cashier. I handed him a $100 bill and he said he couldn't take it because it was after a certain time. Again, I was irritated...apparently they don't want my money. I explained about my last visit, but the guy didn't seem particularly interested. Apparently, the problem with the key pads is well known... I told him I wouldn't be back. I drove just S to the Arco station. The clerks are always friendly, they had no problem taking my cash and the price was cheaper ( we get premium). I'll go to Arco from now on! read more

There was once a time when I didn't mind coming to this Shell. Mainly before they started putting a $75 PENDING CHARGE on my credit transactions, no matter how much I put in the tank!! This is no bueno for those like me who should probably be listed in the poverty category. It never was the greatest gas station. It's clean and new, sure, but the islands are small and very close together, and when you consider most people are complete assholes when it comes to blocking multiple pumps, it can make for some frustration during peak traffic. I can't forget to mention the absolutely ridiculous prices in the shop. I feel like I have to stop at the bank for a cashier's check just so I can get a Monster. They did renovate the pumps not too long ago, and they're cool enough I suppose. The buttons on the keypad are the nicest part about it, they don't stop working like those flat, bubble-type pads. If it weren't for that and their convenient location on the way to the 605, I'd really have no justification to give them any stars at all. **Update 03/06/2012** This morning they had salesmen crawling all over the place slangin' some wax car cleaner. Not cool to be cornered by some guy selling something I don't want while I'm filling up. Not to mention he used some of the stuff on my dirty truck, so now I have two clean spots and look like a complete lazy-ass. read more

Legit the WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Your card info is pretty much guaranteed to get stolen here. They can remodel it but like the saying about polishing poop..... They are also extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. They treat you like you are stealing from them if you request over $100 worth of gas. So much graffiti on the screens (on the pumps) that you can't even see what you're typing. Some of the graffiti is very offensive. While graffiti is normal in some areas it is not in Los Al. They need to spend some money and clean up their pumps. read more

in an area where there isn't alot of gas stations for competition they have good low prices for them. Today it was at $3.99 which is about 10 cents cheaper then other places at the moment. read more

Needed air for my tire...only takes quarters..the bimbo couldn't open the register unless someone did a cash sale... I come here all the time for gas...guess u won't be anymore. ALL REGISTERS CAN BE OPENED WITHOUT A SALE..... GET. A COMPETENT PERSON OR TRAIN THEM. read more

The vacuum station is really cramped. You can't even open your door all the way because a bollard post is in the way. Made it very difficult to vacuum from all 4 doors. read more
