I've been coming here for quite a while, and today felt like the perfect day to leave a review because Sergio truly went above and beyond with his customer service. When I arrived at the car wash, I realized I needed to renew my monthly membership, and Sergio kindly helped me take care of it. I jokingly asked if I received anything for my birthday that had just passed, and although he wasn't sure, he said he would check. To my surprise, he came back with extra wipes, including glass wipes, and even a small towel -- something we've never received before! He wished me a happy birthday with a genuine smile and completely brightened my day. It may seem like a small gesture, but Sergio's kindness and attention to customers truly made a lasting impression. Phenomenal and reasonably priced drive-through Car Wash... located in Cypress California. I was actually passing by and saw that there was a one time free special for lunch just to check out and see how it worked and I cannot say a great thing! I promptly received a text message and clicked the link and the assistant manager helped redeem the free wash. Everyone was helpful and I am pleasantly surprised with how clean the car came out! I've passed by this place for years and have never stopped in to make my lil car all sparkly...until recently. If you have no clue what to do, don't worry! Follow the signs to the kiosk thingy and someone will be waiting to help you. They will hand you a few dash cleaning cloths and position you correctly on the track. When you're done with the wash, head over to a vacuum bay to get the 3 pounds of sand out of your carpet and seats. Don't forget to blow the excess water out of your nooks and crannies and you're good to go. read more

Damage to my car just like other people have reported. I've only used this one car wash. This was a brand new car. I get the convenience of driving through but it feels like it beats up your car pretty bad and I now have scuffs and scratches on two body panels. The wash is pretty good but I find the staff to be excellent. I don't often have an issue but when I do I'm taken care of in quick and professional fashion. In a recent visit my SUV didn't get the attention it needed from the wash and I pointed it out to a young man named "Stone." Stone was very empathetic and took care of the issue right away. He not only took care of it but asked me a number of questions about my experience there on previous occasions and worked to troubleshoot the problem, to fix it, not just to bandaid it and send me on my way. He thanked me for my patience and shook my hand three times in the process. Great customer service, great experience, great human being! Yeah, I recommend this place. read more

Unfortunately, I've had an issue 3/3 times I've brought my car through this car wash so, even though I was recommended by a friend to purchase the monthly pass, I will no longer be taking my car here. The first time, as I was signing up for the monthly pass, the machine in the only lane they had open was having issues so the manager had to come out and told me to reverse my car to "restart the process". Then, after I had given my card, they told me that the card reader on the machine was also broken, so they would be running my card somewhere else. It took maybe 20 minutes for me to sign up for the monthly membership and, by the end of the process, I didn't even really want it anymore... Unfortunately, I had already paid so decided to try the car wash again and make use of my subscription. The second time I came here, it turns out that whoever signed me up for the monthly pass did not do so correctly, so the supervisor had to re-enroll me. Instead of apologizing for her colleague's mistake, however, she blamed the issue on my CLEAR license plate cover saying that the cover affected the license plate reader's ability to capture my plate (despite the machine correctly displaying my plate number and my having a CLEAR license plate cover). And the third and final time I will be taking my car here, the car wash not only chipped my car's paint, but also failed to clean my windows entirely - leaving dried soap marks all over both rear windows. My car was relatively clean before this (only having some pollen on the outside), so the soap marks definitely came from the car wash itself. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my monthly subscription and not coming back. Even though I thought the vacuum service was useful, the disorganized management of this car wash thoroughly turned me off from ever returning. read more

Exactly what you'd expect from a drive through car wash however, I must admit I loved that they offer vacuums before and after car wash, I typically dump out the small trash bin I have in my car and I just prefer to dump large trash before car wash wash and focus on detail cleaning after the car wash. It's pretty cheap for what you're getting and I'm content with the wash I received. read more

So this past weekend, I went to the beach and I have kids so there was sand all over my car anyway so I took my car in for a car wash and a vacuum. I have an eight seater minivan. Do you know how long it takes to vacuum an eight seater minivan especially if you have kids after vacuuming for five minutes or so, the vacuum stops suctioning there is no way to vacuum a large minivan or an SUV in that amount of time ridiculous !!!!!! read more

BEWARE of this car wash and their owner I have been coming here for months (had a membership) washing my car 1-2 times a week and hand dry it. Went on Thursday 3/13 and my cars paint was fine. On 3/19 I went through the car wash and come out with this chipped and bubbled paint I filed a claim with the office and was told by the manager that their owners would reach out for negotiations as this isn't normal. Doug called 3/20 to tell me they wouldn't be fixing the damage (that the carwash caused) and that my painted had to have had a defect before hand. I know this isn't true as I dry my car 1-2 times a week. They can also view the cameras before the wash to see this as well. Doug is extremely rude and unprofessional. He would not hear me out, and started to blame me even though they have camera footage to backing up what happened. Beware of all their locations as Doug is NOT willing to work with members to fix damage their business has caused. read more

Started the monthly subscription on 13Jun, didn't like and submitted cancellation multiple forms and called and left many voicemails. Got charged again for July, called and submitted forms again and left voicemails, and finally got cancellation for Aug but did not get the reimbursement for month of July. Today, I finally got a hold of someone and they said I did not submit the form for cancellation prior and was subsequently charged for July. And she said since this is a call center, she cannot reimburse and kept talking over me and wouldn't let me explain and then told me to go into the main center where I activated the account and she will hang up. All while I am still trying to explain to her. Who hired here?! Why are you there taking calls and telling people you are going to hang up on them and talking over them almost throughout the entirety of the conversation? It is so damn difficult to get a hold of someone, absolutely pissed off. The most difficult process to get your subscription cancelled. I had this before for a year and I will NEVER COME BACK HERE.
