I realized I had been charged incorrectly. The next time I was there, I allowed her to ring me up and then I pointed out that she was purposely over charging me. This irritated her and when I tried to purchase some lottery tickets from behind the counter to refuse to sell me any. Another employee has beat me several times in the past with overcharging me. I've complained to owners about this and they make it out to be like it's my fault. I spend a lot of money in there but for some reason a few of their employees think their money is more important than mine.

My car was not cleaned properly…read more-- I had to point out multiple areas they missed, including spots they didn't vacuum at all. As you can see in these photos, dirt and debris were still left behind, until I pointed it out. And my windows are still dirty. To make matters worse, one of the employees told me they close at 6, so they rushed through my car instead of taking the time to do the job right. That's unacceptable, especially for the price they charge. I'm seriously considering asking for a refund because this was nowhere near the level of service I expected.
