I got an oil change here on 2/6/2026 on the evening of 2/6/2026 I needed my car towed. The car…read morestarted overheating badly! we had to leave the car and get it towed twice. Thank god the firefighters were called by someone along the road they sent help because we were out in what it felt like -10 degrees around 8:00 pm with our 3 year old stranded. We took it into the mechanic they said our the radiator fan was broken and the coolant hose disconnected from how hot the engine was. We needed to replace the battery because it was also fried due to the overheating. They needed to flush the entire system there was a concoction of fluids/ liquids. This was absolutely done because of the crappy oil change. We got out car back after about 2 weeks . The same day the car started acting up AGAIN so we took it back after paying for a rental for 2 weeks and $1100 for repairs turns out The coolant traveled to the cylinder due to a mixture of different coolants that have been used. Fast forward its 3/6/2026 and our car is still in the mechanic and needs the entire engine replaced. Thousands and thousands of dollars because of your carelessness. You have left a family of 7 ( 5 children) without a car. God almighty will take this matter into his hands. You guys are irresponsible and even if it is not the owners fault train your people better. Shame on you!

This place is a couple of years old now. It's a new facility compared to their competitor "Touch…read moreof Class" about a mile north. Both places charge $10 for the basic wash, QCW refers to it as the "Quality" wash. But for $22, you get unlimited Quality washes for the month. So after your third wash, you're ahead of the game. There are wash upgrades of what services they can provide. All upgrades are performed by the automated wash. There is no human labor involved in the cleaning process. With each upgrade both the single wash and monthly pass prices go up. Takes about 5 minutes for the entire wash. Machine does a pretty good job drying, but I bring a few old rags in my trunk to wipe off the extra water and shine up some spots the wash rags misses. I also open up doors and trunk and dry the door jams. They provide a free vacuum, as does their competitor. I bring this up because their sister location on Sternberg Rd only provides complimentary vacs if you have the monthly pass. The vacs do a great job. Basically they suck. Also for an additional charge, you can get your mats scrubbed. However it only works on flat mats. WeatherTech won't make it through the machine.

Sometimes I have to go through twice, just to get a dirty car fully clean. I wish this one had mirrors so we could see prior to driving away or having to get out of your car. Also, not a fan that the staff don't put the plastic protector on at this location as they do elsewhere. Overall, I love the convenience, but not always the price. I'd never consider it without the unlimited as it's very costly.

Her car had a slow leak and after going to another tire dealer that is know for their discounts, she had a new set of lug nuts for $70+ (first trip). Waited1 1/2 hours (second trip) and they wanted to change rear pressure sensors for $130+ (third trip). I called Ginman's, went in with an appointment and found out that a valve stem was leaking. 1/2 hour she was on her way with no charge. This is the type of service that has kept Ginman's in business for 85 years.

Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. The service manager said he "would get back in touch with me", but never did. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

After calling Great Lakes Ford, we decided to get it fixed right this time. We had it towed to Great Lakes and they diagnosed the problems as to what was causing the repeat starting issues. They had to order a part, and as soon as they could get it on their schedule got our truck repaired. It was a big relief to have this specific problem diagnosed correctly finally as we have to take this truck back to CA. Shuttle service they offer was really appreciated as well.

When the girl in the collision shop was checking my vehicle over she noticed it was an accessible vehicle (converted in the rear for my daughter's wheelchair). She asked me about it and if I had rental insurance. I told her that the conversion is for my daughter, its the only way I can transport her. I told her I have rental on my insurance but it only covers a small sedan but we can make it work, we always do. She asked me where you rent converted vehicles and I told her I always do business with The Creative Mobility Group in Byron Center. At that time she told me "We'll cover the extra rental fees". I was shocked. I knew that was at least $100 a day they were offering to pay. I assured her that we could make it work without a converted van (I just wouldn't be able to bring my daughter anywhere for the week, but we could manage just fine) and she insisted on helping us out and paying that extra fee for us. They ended up having our vehicle for 5 days and they paid the extra fees for the van. They did NOT have to do that and I didn't even ask. They saw a need and they went above and beyond to help make sure my daughter could be transported if need be. I will always use Preferred Ram Chrysler Jeep Dodge on Henry street for any of our repairs, etc. They have always done good by us but this was beyond what they had to do.
