The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars was my side mirrors dripped water as most do when washed. I pointed it out to the tech drying my car and he said, "Yes- they always do that" which was fine as he is correct. However, at Porsche Bellevue, this does not happen when they wash my vehicle. I'm not sure if they use an air blower or compressor to prevent this but it's a very nice addition. By the time I left Eco Car Cafe and got home, I had water spots on both front doors that I had to wipe clean again. Not a huge deal since this is what I have to do after leaving every car wash except Porsche Bellevue, but hence the 4 stars. Hope this is helpful!

Being a drive-through type, it is not as thorough as one would hope. But for $8, it is a bargain! We will gladly have a carwash when we are in the area. The hours are slightly different than both the store and the gas station. Do double check before going. The cost can be pre-paid when getting gas or pay via the mini dedicated payment machine before entering the car wash. I was greeted by a friendly attendant who helped me pay at the screen and answered my questions. He gave me 2 free car air fresheners when I asked as I think brown bear's car air fresheners are superior lol the scent is 10/10 imo. The young man holding the neutral sign was also friendly with a smile on his face and acknowledged each person in their vehicle. Super friendly and professional team!!! Most brown bear locations, especially the factoria location the team is usually teens or young men in their 20s no where to be found or on their phones and/or usually always rude or simply seem like they don't want to be there. So stopping by this location was a pleasant surprise. I will return to this location and will recommend it! Thank you for the great, kind, and professional service!!
