Everything I buy at Costco is quality at a great price great selections and amazing return policy!

The eye doctor in this Costco store is the best. I took my daughter visited the eye clinic to try our luck as she just did an eye test two weeks ago thus not insurance coverage today. Besides, my daughter was in the middle of CRT treatment and her eyesight has been changed since last doctor visit in California. However, we have received the best consultation from eye doctor who offered great suggestions and big discount on contacts for my daughter could temporally get good eyesight to play tennis in the Camp arranged by the University of Pennsylvania. This is truly the Costco quality who won the Costco customer's heart. read more

I was actually trying to rate the Eye Clinic inside of this Costco, but didn't see them listed as a separate business on Yelp, so I reviewed them on FaceBook instead. But our experience with Dr. Noyes and his wife / office manager Denise could not have been better! They made us feel like family and got us in quickly after our son "failed" his driver's permit eye exam at the DMV. Fortunately, his vision is fine (thanks, DMV, for making us come back... grrr!) and we went and got his permit the following day. Many thanks to Denise and Dr. Noyes!!! Love Costco!!! The customer service alone will keep me as a member! Shout out to Jim(assistant manager)!!! The store is always nice and clean and you could have lunch there just on the samples..LOL!! I prefer the pizza from the food service! The Costco gas is always very cheap and they have numerous pumps so even when it's busy it's not that bad. Do yourself a favor and become a member....it's similar to the other shopping club, just SOOOO much better!!! read more

I don't know if all Costco have the same level of service/care, etc. but my experience with the Costco in Concordville, PA has been superb. I have shopped there for years - from electronics to my glass prescriptions, cell phones, gas and FOOD. Optical staff - Richard, Kelly, Toni and recently Bryan - THE BEST. Always pleasant and helpful. I love shopping there and we're lucky we have this store close by! read more

Based on my multitude of visits to the Concordville Costco (easily in excess of thirty), I can't imagine how a bad review can be made about that particular warehouse. The facility is well-maintained. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. A top-notch business unlike any of its kind. I highly recommend Concordville Costco. read more

Very rude, impolite sampler demonstrators who seem racist and ignorant about people with walking disabilities. I will not mention some of the redneck patrons who pass judgement on what others choose to buy without knowing why. The prices are too high here as well. read more

We love the selection, food prices, gas prices, and service! Not everything is a better deal in bulk so you do have to do your homework! We get our phones here too from the Verizon kiosk since they have better policies and no upgrade fees etc like the stores! read more

Great location and excellent service at this location. Living all over the country I can say this is a top notch store. I have bought glasses and tires along with all the other offerings. Location has gas station that is normally few cents cheaper than WaWa. read more

It's a normal Costco that has some real issues with lines. Extremely slow ticket checkers - to the point that it seems deliberate, but to no end. After living in (and shopping at Costco) in 7 states, you could say I have some perspective on this. Everything else is great though. read more

Just like with any store you should compare prices, buying in bulk doesn't always mean a good deal. Their meats are EXCELLENT, ribeye is the best!! Everything I've had from the bakery section has been very good.Most of the people doing demos or handing out samples are very nice. Downsides are: closing at 6 on a Saturday, variety (brand, flavor, etc) isn't very big and a lot of the stock isn't a "regular". read more

Sick of Costco already and it hasn't been more than 6 months that I've had a membership. I had heard how wonderful it was and so, when my BJs membership expired, I decided to go with Costco. It's awful. The store itself is fine, the employees are nice and the checkout process is good and fast BUT they have no signs on the aisles so if you want to buy something specific you get to walk around the entire huge store to find it. They say this is so they can move things around easily. No thanks. It's back to BJs for me. I'm not interested in learning the whole store EVERY time I shop. It's too big. True love is not sharing one's Netflix password, its sharing a Costco membership. Actual review: You have to live with their limited hours and somehow only three checkout lines despite the constant crowds, but that's the real small fee for free samples of salmon and a giant inflatable island for $99. Also, something kind of Ponze scheme about employees upselling credit cards that I've only ever heard bad things about... but all those deals!!!! The moral and vs. budget dilemma is very real here and you will feel it, even if you're just stealing the perks from a friend's mom with a card (don't judge me). read more

I have gone here since it opened. I have to say that the staff here is the friendliest I have ever met. I'm a stay at home Dad and have a little girl and 2 boys. The lady greeter at the front Elora has always greeted us with a smile. She always remembers me and asks how things are doing. I have to also mention Caitlin one of the Managers. She has always been helpful and friendly. In fact one time my little girl had to use the potty and as a Dad that is always a challenge. She noticed I was having trouble and asked if she could take my little Sarah to the potty. That was a life saver form me and I cannot thank her enough. All of the staff is helpful and friendly. The best Costco I have been to! Super clean and spacious, always available (very friendly and cheerful) employees to help. The check out lines go superfast and they open new lines immediately when they see people waiting. The merchandise is always new, interesting and good quality. read more

I have been a faithful Costco customer for many years. In the past 1-2 years, I have seen a steady decline in every aspect of my customer experience with this chain. The quality of products, staff, and the membership regulations have begun to turn me away from Costco in favor of other wholesale chains. Being chastised by an employee because my daughter, who lives in the same household as me, would not be able to use my membership when doing shopping FOR ME. The rules on every member of the household needing to pay for a membership is a slap in the face to the shoppers who are already paying an outrageous amount of money just to be able to shop there. Additionally, not being able to use a payment method other than the Costco credit card or debit is a policy I find extremely asinine. I have been forced to explore other stores for my shopping, even though they are less convenient for me to get to them. I can only hope that Costco shapes up, because it used to be an extreme value as well as a good shopping experience in the past. read more

Glen Mills gas price April 3 same as local gas stations. They should not advertise lower gas prices if they can't meet this offer.

I was shopping on Tuesday and when I came out to my car to leave I was out of gas. Thank God they have a gas station at this Costco. I walked over to ask the attendant Matt if they had a gas can and they did not. Matt said that he had one in his car that I could use. Long story short it was an old can and had not been used in a few years, therefore he could not remove the cap. I then walked over to the tire center and spoke with another kind man by the name of Will. hey did not have a can either but Will had one in his truck. He retrieved the can and like a true gentleman he took care of the whole process so I would not get gas on my hands or clothes. Both of these guys were fabulous and so helpful and concerned with solving my problem quickly since it was hot out and I had over $200 of groceries in the car. I had an eye appointment at the Glen Mills, PA Costco. The receptionist was condescending to say the least. She was loud and rude. When I told her I was seen at another Ophthalmologist place, she was not happy and told me she would need a document regarding their diagnosis before proceeding. She might have been super busy and stressed. However, that will not give her a pass for her interaction. We had a very good experience with dr Noyes previously and has only praise for him. However, non-professional receptionist will not help Costco branding and patients experience in any way. read more

I joined Costco before it even opened, I had hear it was coming to town and was very excited to check it out. Well I have not been disappointed in the 2 years I've been a member. I love their meats, you can get prime and select cuts at decent prices, best prime rib I've ever had. The bakery is great too, you can get a really wonderful half sheet birthday cake, will filling, for like $18. A big bonus is their gas station, which seems to be almost 10 cents cheaper than anything around, I believe on Thursdays gas is even 5 cents lower. Great deal! read more

I concur with Charlie C (11/1/2016 observation about extremely slow ticket checkers - to the point it seems deliberated... I also find the produce does not get checked and have come home on more than one occasion to spoiled or spoiling fruit or veggies. The PHARMACY STAFF IS AWESOME AND SO HELPFUL and I can't tell you how much I appreciate them - they are professional and knowledgeable and an endless supply of patience - particularly the senior pharmacist and Patricia. The check out cashiers are also very friendly, but have reached the point where one has to request (for the most part) them to put the paid for merchandise in boxes vice just plopping in the cart.... read more

This Costco is in a nice location, has friendly staff and a lot of higher end products so why did I give it a lower rating? Selection. Normal name brand items are not available and there is a significant lack in variety. This store serves those interested in electronics and pre-made (very nice) dinner platters best. read more

I like a lot about Costco, but I very much dislike their hours. Very difficult for working people to get there. Plus, they start announcing 1/2 hour before closing that you MUST be in the check out line before closing. I asked an associate why they close so early and he said "good for employee morale"! read more

ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!! Costco is a company that would rather see a family go hungry than be kind. Over the summer management was so rude I'm never going to costco again for anything. My parents are members at Costco. My father drives a long distance to go to work and back, my mother had back surgery and could not leave the house to to bed rest. I had to do the shopping. I was given their card. I shopped a couple times during that period with the card and supervisors allowed me to use the card. Then one day I got in while my father was at work until late at night and my mother still on bed rest after the surgery. I picked up all the shopping and went to the register. It was crowded and the manager was doing pre-scan on the merchandise. It came to my turn and he made a fuss about not letting me use my parents card. Instead of being a decent human and understanding that they were not able to do the shopping themselves the manager forced me to use my non Costco debit card to pay for the merchandise. Even when I mentioned the other supervisors allowed me to do use the card previously he became even more angry at ME for the actions of his employees and refused to honor their actions then. To be an asshole after the fact I have all my merchandise at the cash register is unacceptable, especially when the card holders are unable to do the shopping themselves. I had amble evidence with me to prove the card was not stolen, I was the son of the card holder, and the merchandise would go to the address of the cardholders. They would not even accept me calling my parents to have them say they give permission. I am a college student earning just over minimum wage I can barely pay for my gas tank. I couldn't afford the merchandise on my debit card. I understand the rules of Costco but for the sake of good customer service there should be exceptions. Other businesses offer services outside of their rules and regulations for the satisfaction of the shoppers. Costco has zero customer satisfaction. Instead of trying to explain to me the rules politely and be polite about it the manager was a condescending asshole who talked down to me as if I was a servant in his house. He provides a service, Costco members don't serve him. His salary is paid for by Costco which gets its money from the shoppers and members. The members and the family of the members are the people who provide money to Costco to pay his salary. To talk to Costco shoppers or anyone anywhere for that matter is out of line. In any other business employees will be terminated for that way of talking to shoppers. I'm never shopping at Costco, never getting my own membership. Costco does not deserve it. They are beneath my money. I will go out of my way to make sure others do not shop at Costco either. Costco employs rude people who would rather have a family go hungry simply because of their rules. What a heartless heartless manager, because of his actions and the way he talked to me I now believe it is all of Costco, all their branches nationwide. Had the manager been respectful and polite it would have changed the whole situation, but when you are condescending and talk to and treat family members of Costco membership holders as if they are criminals and bad people you deserve to be fired and you deserve to have the business you work for suffer due to the fact they employ rude, condescending, heartless people. One star only for having merchandise people need. But for customer service and treatment I stand by the zero I originally gave. read more
