I made an online return and notified them of the issue, and they gave me a credit. Overall, the process was a breeze and luckily only a few items were unavailable. Also, I was able to apply my Walmart cash at checkout and saved even more money. My only tip is to shop early, because the pick up times do fill up quickly. Employees make rude comments about customers when they think no one can hear them. Management was also inconsistent. I was helping look for the lost keys and rolling around on a chair, which multiple employees and another manager were fine with. Then a different manager saw me and yelled at me in front of others instead of addressing it calmly or privately. To make things worse, there were broken candles and glass shards under the shelves, which is a serious safety hazard. Between the disrespectful comments, poor management behavior, and unsafe conditions, this was not a good experience.
