I recommend every single sole that wants to shop at a Forman Mills store to SHOP at the Glenolden store 40 minutes up the road. It's worth the drive, effort, and satisfaction compared to this Wilmington store. The staff members are extremely rude, inconsiderate, and offensive. They don't wear masks either and congregate in front of the store to goof off. I'm talking about 8-9 staff members that do this and don't do their job accordingly. They don't clean the restrooms that 1. The door handles are sticky 2. The floors are awful and have stuck on fecal matter 3. No soap in the sinks(sinks are dirty as well) and 4. Smells heavily of urine. This is a major health and safety concern as well, especially with the COVID crisis occurring currently. In addition, They make fun of patrons and one in particular(light skinned male, tall, dread headed, freckled faced) crossed the line and made fun of my cousin of special needs about his shirt and his behavior. I've made several complaints about this store and will get this business closed at this location!

There were no reviews, so I'm leaving this one since a) I walked out with a new and cute outfit plus three incredibly low-prices layering shirts all for just $110, b) it was open on a Sunday afternoon, c) I received good customer service, and d) there were clothes in my size, and e) it is the most sophisticated shop I've seen in this part of Wilmington.
