So yesterday I went to Costco totally forgot to check-in, but I did an awesome job shopping. All of the deals I could find that we needed were found. I was able to get some paper towels. Some toilet tissue, some eggs, some bananas, some ziploc bags for the freezer, and also for small items as well. They even had bulgogi thin cut slices of beef. So I can do some k barbecue tonightfor dinner. I did not tell my husband so he will be excited. When he comes home and see that, the living room has been set up where some k barbecue. While shopping there, I noticed that this location was really large compared to the normal size costco. The staff really helpful if you need to find something in particular, you didn't know where to find it. The app also shows you where items are located. Depending on the role that they will be in. I am so glad that I stopped here before I headed back home. read more

This Costco is yet another that provides a typical experience that we've all grown accustomed to - as we appreciate its corporate standardization efficiency while resenting its soulless capitalistic extraction. Well-organized atmosphere with a great selection that offers reasonable enough prices - especially as compared to competitors. The staff is generally always helpful (they definitely deserve a raise and a union) - and only as a consumer, hopefully Costco keeps treating them well. It took Brevard county forever to get a Costco but I'm happy we have one. I'm usually here once a month for groceries but more often for gas. Love the fact their gas prices can be .10 to sometimes .20 cents cheaper than other stations. The store itself is always clean and inventory is plentiful. It's also conveniently located off of I95 which makes this location my favorite vs the Winter Park location which I go to as well. read more

I come here often the worst thing about this location is the access in and out of the parking. They really need to fix that soon traffic jams are common as there is only a few entrances/exits and they at all pretty difficult to maneuver. The best thing about this location is it seems to get the least amount of customers as all other Costcos. All else it maintains Costco's high standards. read more

Costco Deli Chicken Pot Pie - smells delicious while baking in the oven. I sliced it open to serve and there are whole carrots in pot pie. Nothing diced or chopped. I am a huge Costco fan and was so glad when one was finally available in our area. They have Costco gasoline in the same parking area as their warehouse. I do wish their online website/app had what was available in store online. You have to scan your membership on the way in now but you appear to be able to bring in as many people/guests as you like (no 2 person limit). We've gotten a good deal on a large appliance here and it has been working nicely. Reviews for the product stated theirs arrived damaged with shipping so we bought it in person. The products move location regularly and some things go in and out of stock but many things are available regularly. I used to use their self check out exclusively but have been encouraged by the employees to use the regular check out lines. On more than one occasion at the check out the employee(s) have stated the benefits of getting the Executive membership. When I stated I was not interested at the time they continued to explain why I should upgrade. After I said no again they asked why not. I felt a "no" should be more than sufficient but having to continuously say no I felt so harassed. No means no and the cashiers should respect members decisions. It completely ruins the shopping experience for me. I hope other Costco isn't putting pressure on their employees to upgrade memberships like that. Ask once and leave it. I understand their revenue comes from memberships but why such pressure and aggressiveness? read more

They offered to rebalance my tires for like 20$. While doing them at they noticed my front tires all jammed up inside. They stopped what they were doing to help me continue my trip. I had an exceptional customer experience today at Costco in Melbourne. I've always had good service with Costco. I first like to recognize Steven, the meat department. I came for a specific item which was on line but not available at the store. Made a point of looking to see if he could find it for me first, then took me to the location of the competitive product which is a good product and gave me the the difference in the cost to create the value of what we had in our hand right now. Very professional. I was a corporate trainer for 20 years. He was excellent. Then when I was checking out. Pablo A was also very polite. Very excellent demeanor. I had misplaced my credit card in my wallet. Could not see it when I had gone to the refreshment stand earlier. And was fumbling trying to find it. I was like I apologize. I know about metrics I felt bad and his response was take your time ma'am it's customer experience is always first. This review is for their tire center only. The overall Costco shopping experience was different. I bought tires online on the Costco app and the app alerted me that the tires arrived and proceed for my appointment. I arrived and they had no record of my appointment or the tires. The tire person told me that the app doesn't communicate accurately to the customers and the store. Anyway, he was able to fit me in the next day and I bought different brand of tires that were in stock. Their app for tire purchases and appointment did not land well. They should probably discontinue that feature immediately. 5000 miles later, I called them 4 times from 10am to 1015 and finally got through. I was placed on hold three times and after 30 min made my appointment. Total of 45 min of non productive time for a 1 min conversation. Their customer service in their auto center needs work and I would never buy tires at Costco's again because now I'm going to have to go through this experience every 5000 miles. read more

Costco tire center has horrible customer service. When I called the person who answered was busy and I got put on hold. 20 minutes go by and then someone picks up and was very short with me gave me the quickest most vague response to my question. Simple question about tire size. I felt rushed I felt silly for not knowing my size tire after speaking with him. He gave me the size and one option to choose from and said he had to order them and gave me a pretty rough price. I asked again for him to repeat the name of the tires. He literally sighed while repeating himself. Anyway I did not end up going to Costco tire center for my tires. I felt like they didn't want my business. (this one's for the ladies) if you've ever browsed through costco's clothing, you know the system is flawed to say the least. the clothes, are stacked in a grid system, atop a 6'x6' square table. atop this table are 36 square grids compiled of an assortment of tightly pressed & folded apparel items. the apparel on each table usually consist of five different varieties of clothing items, from shirts to shorts to dresses. of these items, there are usually 1-4 choices of color. the grids are organized by item and color. each grids' items are stacked 1 to 2 feet high. keep in mind that the items are folded so meticulously and squarely they have to fit perfectly into their grid slot for maximize space. with the brush of an elbow, one could know down a clothing stack, sending 30-100 blouses (or what have you) tumbling to the floor. Given that this system is already delicate and brimming with potential for shoppers to find themselves within a mire of embarrassment, uncomfortability, and awkwardness. add to this that the clothing sizes for women's apparel are available in the following sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL. on the surface, it could appear the clothes stack on the grid are sorted by size, i.e., XS at the top down to M at the bottom and the in stack behind, L at the top down to XXL at the bottom. though on the surface, it appears there is reason and size grouping order to the grid's apparel, there is actually not. sure there are clusters of M's and groupings of XL's and the top of the stack always keeps up the facade of logic by showcasing S or XSs on top. other the 11% of sizing organization, the rest of the items in each grid are arranged with no logic, and there is often no tag displaying the size of the item, so that one could hust thumb through find their size. it's chaos, but it's costco and costco rules so i put up with it and do the best i can to not make a mess of things so as not to over inconvenience the staff or other shoppers. this is the second time in this costco where an employee had belittled me for looking through the clothes to find a size. today, having accidentally knocked down a corner pile of perfectly folded white blouses 2 feet high, i immediately when to the floor and was able to pull the pile back together in a way where i would have been able to set it back on the table exactly as-was using one hand at each end on the fallen stack to keep it in uniform. instead a very angry employee brushed me off my nearly completed flawless remedy by dominating over me and barking, "you know you could probably just find someone to ask if you're looking for a size!" and then thoroughly annoyed, she sighed as one could, and brushed me away. are you kidding me. if any women have read this far and shopped for clothing at a costco, this has got to resonate with you. a.) for the triumph of finding your size and knowing what a truly amazing feat that was, and b.) the absurdity of this employees attitude, as if i were messing up an infallible system. it gave me great solace when a buzz around the clothing table started and all 6 women started talking about their disbelief in this employee's attitude and ridiculousness of trying to find a size. again, never had any bad run with any employee at any costco bc costco employees are the shhh seriously they truly rock and i love costco bc of their employees. but twice now, an employee at THIS costco has a showcased a wildly overzealous act of derision upon me looking for a size. at least the first time it happened the employee agreed to help me find my size after telling me "it'd be easier if i got someone to help" me find my size. the employee didn't offer (?!) so asked if they could help me find the size and then they ended up making a bigger mess than i would have ever dared to make. they justified the "anomaly" by saying "this is so weird what is going on here? they must've stacked it wrong, what happened?" girl, you know what happened, you can't find your size unless you dig so you dug then acted like it was a one-off. this review is so so stupid and long but i really hope at least one person gets a kick out of it if they're familiar with searching through apparel at costco. 4 stars in lieu of 5 only bc twice now i was treated dumb-dumb silly-willy miscreant who should be featured on reddit's r/ImTheMainCharacter read more

The GM has not called me back after complaints since January showing they really don't care. Why pay to be treated liked a thief. What can I say about COSTCO other than I LOVE IT! I am so thankful we finally got one here on the Space Coast! Fully accessible shopping with the exception of if you need a mobility ramp access in their handicapped parking spaces you might have difficulty finding a space that has access on the side you need. Each space only has access on one side or another which I have brought up with management multiple times and they state this is a City issue. Very frustrating. Other than the accessible parking issues the store is always filled with the most amazing things. I love yo shop here at least ONCE a month for a large grocery haul for my teenagers. We buy paper products, meat, veggies, fruit, dairy and lots of snacks. They also have a nice selection of organic foods and seasonal goodies like boba tea for the Lunar New Year! I love the prices in the warehouse and the liquor store and fuel prices next door cannot be beat. The military base and commissary is right down the road for a quick trip for everything all within a short driving distance. read more

We had it but she was not patient while we searched our wallet. She seemed aggravated because our cards does not have our picture and rudely ask for our identification. I went here while visiting relatives and checking for a specific clearance computer for which Costco had cancelled my online order. Well, I did end up finding that same clearance computer on that trip and getting my deal after all! And also visiting so many Costcos and perusing the Lego toys and hitting up the food court. This Costco is fine. It has clean bathrooms. The food court is fine. It was fast to get food. It was nicely organized and it was easy to find what I wanted, which was impulse buy snack food and Legos, and also, yes, this is where I found the clearance gaming computer. I had a terrible experience at Costco. I went with my boyfriend and we got 3 boxes of the same protein bar. That's it. 3 items. We go to the checkout and the older lady scans the 3 items. I have my boyfriend's card on my phone, and I scan it. She asks if im on the Costco membership and we state no she is my girlfriend. I then inform her it's his card on my phone. She states she HAS to verify the name with the card. I show her on my wallet the numbers match. She states it HAS to be verified with the name. This is wildly frustrating, does she not want us to pay for the items? What is the point of harassing us? You have to show your membership card to come in, to start paying, it is verified it is him. Yet she harassed us and refused to accept payment from my phone. That is just ridiculous. He then had to use a different card when our intention was to use the one I tried initially. She almost cancelled the transaction. Costco needs to have more consideration of their members my boyfriend pays for Executive Membership tier and yet he was denied payment to 3 items on a Sunday afternoon. If only I lived closer to Costco. I used to go to the Costco in Orlando but once the Melbourne location opened I only go there. The products are actually different between the two stores. You can tell the Orlando location has a bit more of a tourist product selection. The Melbourne location is much more for the resident. Is Costco what's best for someone living alone, maybe not, but it's worth it for the toilet paper and rotisserie chicken alone. As someone with a family of four that eats like a family of seven, Costco is crucial. The meat and produce prices cannot be beat. For some reason my husband can never leave without finding another pair of pants or shorts to buy. The women's clothes are not always the most fashionable but occasionally you can get something cute. The snacks might well be the death of me; so many options to choose from. The employees are always friendly. Gas is always cheaper there. I mean, why wouldn't you like Costco? Headline: Absolutely Ghastly Never confuse lowest price with lowest cost. I made that mistake. The difference between price and cost is: Price is what you pay. Cost is all of the hassle and drag-along costs of dealing with an incompetent vendor. I have spent about 5 hours on the phone, chat, and email in dealing with Costco on this one purchase. I bought a dishwasher from Costco, and it has been a total nightmare. I will now be without a working dishwasher for a month. Costco does not seem to be able to deliver a unit undamaged to my house. This first unit was delivered damaged. The Costco installers came by and said to send it back. I was their 3rd call of the day, and 2 of the 3 dishwashers arrived damaged. Costco did take the initiative to order a new unit, with a two week delivery, but now that we are at the two week interval, they cannot tell me where the unit is and when it will be delivered. This is pathetic performance given that Amazon can locate for a $5 item in transit. The people who run this part of Costco should be fired. This is abject incompetence. It is unbelievable that people like this can keep a job. read more
