The fresh "pão de Frances" is very delicious and we come here about three times a week to get our fresh baked bread here. The Carolina dulce de leche (similar to cream puffs but filled with caramel) are very good too. The store side has plenty of snacks and lots of authentic Brazilian foods as well. read more

Today I visited Brazil4You for lunch and to pick up some items I needed for grilling. The staff here is very friendly and helpful making selections from their market and their menu. I ordered a traditional Picanha sandwich with caramelized onion and cheese on a tasty Brazilian sub roll. The meat was flavorful and tender, onions cooked to perfection, and the cheese was mild but tasty. The bread was soft but held up well to the moisture of the meat and onions. It came with a nice side of potato chips and I washed it down with the always tasty Guarana. I can't wait to try more here on my next visit. read more

It is like going to a cafe in Brazil for a meal. The waitress made some recommendations, and we were not disappointed. The fresh fruit juice comes in many varieties and we were not disappointed with the mango. The assorted bakery items were all delicious. My husband's ham and cheese sandwich was made on bread that was reminiscent of a cloud, so light and fluffy. My açaí bowl, Brazilian style, was the largest portion and best I have ever had. Normally when I say "home run" I am referring to the food and only the food. In this case I am referring to the amazing, kind , extremely informative owners and staff. Wow! What an amazing place! A Hidden Gem! I was so impressed by how delicious and very clean this place was...even the bathroom was clean (which are pretty rare for restaurants in general). Anywho, I had a great experience none the less. I started off with there cheese bread which was pretty tasty. I also ordered one beef empanada which was also really good. For my main dish I ordered the "special of the day", which was the Feijoada (black beans with pork meat and jerk beef) served with rice, braised collard greens, fried pork belly, fried banana, fried yuca, and orange slices. When my dish came out it looked exactly like the picture on the menu. My dish was super delicious and very flavorful. You need to try this place! The restaurant is located on the right side of the store and has a vibrant atmosphere that you couldn't tell from the outside. Came in wanting one thing but our server sold us on trying the special, the feijoada, a delicious dish of black beans, pork, and beef served with rice and fried pork belly, among other items. The serving size was huge! My mother and I could have shared one instead of ordering one each. My brother ordered an açaí bowl and a ham and cheese baguette. The açaí bowl was one of the best I've ever tasted, whereas the ham and cheese was so-so. We ordered a coxinha for an appetizer, and WOW I would come back for this specifically. The savory shredded chicken inside, and the soft outer dough... delicious! Ordered a piece of flan to go for dessert and it was incredibly dense and flavorful. I am excited to try more items, especially the empanadas and sausage. I will say, towards the end of our meal we couldn't find our waiter to refill drinks or ask about other items so we ended up flagging down another waiter. Then it took quite a while for us to get another waiter to close out our ticket and bring us the check. This put a bit of a damper on an otherwise wonderful outing, but we will still be returning to try more items and see if this was a service fluke! read more

Brazil 4 You- West Melbourne-3-Stars "Brazil is not what you see but what you feel..." -- F. Costa When the name Brazil 4 You appeared on my eatery generator, I couldn't help but chuckle just a tad. What is it with names lately? I understand what they are trying to do with the name, after all, they are a Brazilian/South American market as well as a restaurant. However, Brazil 4 You still sounds like some cheap going out of business electronics store one finds in NY. Be that as it may, I am not reviewing the name, just the grub. Wondering my way through the veritable cornucopia of Brazilian/South American items I noticed some old favorites such as Guarana (Brazil's national soda). If you have never experienced this, I highly recommend it; while It might be a tad sweet on some palates, I find it extremely refreshing and a nice change from tea and American sodas. Approaching the counter I engaged the help with cultured badinage about Brazil and Florida when I saw Kibbeh, or rather, Quibe in Portuguese, on the menu. I couldn't help but wonder what an Arabic dish was doing in a Brazilian restaurant. I was assured by one of my staffers married to a Brasilera that, like America, Brazil is a melting pot of cultures. As such they have food items from all over the globe, not just Portugal. Arabic food is common here, especially the Quibe. With this information in hand, I placed an order for some Quibe, a Picanha sandwich. one Calabresa sandwich and one order of Belladoras (chicken). Grabbing my order from the counter, I returned to my table and took a good long gander at my meal. Everything looked OK (see pictures), but the Big Boy is all about execution and so let the games begin. Popping my first ever Brazilian Quibe in my mouth I was at once taken by the texture. It was composed flawlessly, though I found it severely lacking in any and all flavor. Turning my palate towards the Picanha sandwich, I fear I must explain Picanha. Picanha is a cut of meat that is intrinsically Brazilian It is not like any cut you find in this country and if you want the real thing, you have to go to a Brazilian butcher or order it online. What sets it apart is the top ring of fat. Alas, this was not true Picanha, but rather top sirloin, the closest cut to be found in America. The other thing that sets Picanha apart is the way it is traditionally prepared, over an open flame in a Chuhasco ( barbeque). This was not only not true Picanha, but it was not grilled nor was it USDA Prime, just a cheap cut of crappy steak with no seasoning or flavor and accompanied by Sam's Club chips?? What are these cheap chips doing here? The next item up for dissection was the Calabresa sandwich. Like Picanha, Calabresa is a distinctly Brazilian food. It is a sausage, but again, for the most part, it is grilled Chuhasco style (or sliced on pizza). I found the Calabresa sadly not unlike the previous items and while well constructed for the most part rather flat on the palate. And there were those junk chips again. Ugh! This brings us to the final item ordered, the Belladoras. Belladoras are potato bread stuffed with meats and cheeses and baked. I asked for mine with chicken and cheese. This was the saving grace of the meal and the reason for at least 1.5 stars in the rating. They were still warm from the oven, popping with flavor, gooey and the creamy cheese inside literally cascaded down my gullet. These right here were worth the trip and the sub-par meats that precluded it. Big Boy says, "for a taste of Brazil, go and look." Just moving here from Chicago, a couple of friends recommended this place. I'm used to Texas De Brazil or Fogo De Chao but, this place was great when you need to get in and out. The owner recommended the Picanha sandwich which comes with thick slices traditionally seasoned of meat and cheese on fresh baked bread. I say this again FRESH BAKED BREAD with such a phenomenal scent, I had to purchase some extra for later. The sandwich is accompanied by chips and I scored a case Guarana here. It doesn't stop there....they sell fresh meat and sausage too. Not too mention charcoal to grill your picanha at home. This place is a great find especially if you want to cut out the middle man and attempt to make a traditional Brazilian meal at home. I had to pickup some of the sausage and the owner was kind enough to tell me the BEST way to prepare it. He was extremely knowledgeable of all things Brazilian which made the experience that much better.
