This Walmart Supercenter is amazing!!! This store was clean and organized. As we walked around, we saw showroom displays throughout the store. There is also a sushi section with a variety of sushi and other items. While we were there, staff was preparing fresh sushi platters. I decided to try the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and it was delicious. I never shop at Walmart. I always go to Publix. I happened to be at a soccer game near this location and I needed two deli items to make homemade Stromboli. Myself and another woman waited 12 minutes until someone walked over and said the girl working in the deli was on break and would be back soon. Six minutes later after the other woman went to customer service and complained, someone came. 23 minutes to get Service. There are only two registers that an actual person can work at since they removed every other register and replaced them with self check outs. Only three of the 15 self checkouts were being used. Since I don't work at Walmart, I had to wait in line (since apparently no one wanted to use the self check outs) another 20 minutes to check out. If the tiny child didn't want Stromboli for lunch I would have walked out. So if you have plenty of time to waste, you won't mind shopping here, but I will never be back. read more

The GOOD: Today 4/13/ 2025 9 AM was my first visit at this store . The store is well stocked , cleaned and organized . The garden center had lush greenery. A few minutes after walking in an associate walked by and asked " Did I need help finding h anything "! I was floored, I don't think I've ever in my life . Had a Walmart employee come up to me and asked me that ever. The BAD Ashely checked me out and it was the most awkward uncomfortable experience ever. I was offered no assistance, even though I had a cart full of really large , awkward items ladder household items etc . I felt like I was sprinting back-and-forth to load stuff in the cart get the items on the conveyor belt, etc. navigate the items into the cart like a jigsaw puzzle. My cart was so big and heavy, and Ashely did not lift more than a finger during my whole transaction.. Ashley literally told me after I declined the extra service protection on an item. "Don't tell me enter it on the keypad." I kept dropping things on the floor because of the slots at the bottom of the cart they were rolling around still not one offer for assistance. She stacked my glasses together in the same bag no attempt to wrap them so they would not break . Ashley proceeded to tell me to "have a nice day " and I was stunned because she could see how stressed I was trying to do like I was I felt was her job . Then as I walk away, she turns to another cashier and says that I was rude ! I stopped in my tracks, looked her in the eye to I acknowledged that I overheard her talking about me THE CUSTOMER . A did report this incident to the team lead, but he ( Bret ) didn't ask for my name or anything So I don't think it will go anywhere. Disappointed after spending almost $800 in the store. so ironic because I never shop in Walmart I just did it because it was convenient this particular day. Avoid Ashley ! read more

This particular Walmart Supercenter is basically located on the corner of Wickham Road and Sarno Road. It is, like most Walmarts, large and also has a large parking lot. I guess the best way to describe this particular Walmart is that, well, it is a Walmart. It has a lot of items, some with decent prices and some that aren't so decent. Customer service is at best mediocre and that is a big "at best it is mediocre" as an overall commentary on their customer service. If you need something, there's a good chance that you will find it here at this particular Walmart Supercenter. If it's convenient, come check it out. read more

First time ever using Walmart Vision Center. I had an appointment for 10 am and was seen before my appointment time . The doctor was very helpful in answering all my eye care needs and the exam went very smoothly. The ladies at the desk area to help pick out frames and such were also very helpful. The prices are very reasonable here . I chose to use 2 of my old frames to put my new prescription into so the cost was absolutely awesome . I will definitely be going back at some point to get some prescription sunglasses. read more

Hey, it's a Wal-Mart...you can expect all you want to, but at the end of the day, Wal-Mart will be Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is a low price leader that is supposed to be that one stop shop to get your necessities. The not so good: Items in the vitamin section were out of stock (i.e. woman prenatal gummies) From the vitamin section to the personal care section there was a terrible odor...smelled like sewage Checkout was a mess this morning. There also didn't appear to be any self checkout lanes. Self checkout lanes would definitely improve the check out experience and help with customer flow/satisfaction. The good: Plenty of parking and accessible from the main road Courteous employees Aisles are numbered for easy product location using the app Prices stay competitive. Especially with the use of savings catcher. Overall I got what I needed, but I did notice some empty shelves. read more

One of the better area Walmarts. I guess that's because it's Viera and not Melbourne. About the same to me but Viera businesses seem to be updated. Perhaps not as close to the ocean so less salt or sun damage? Lot of parking. Not as many carts strewn around but still fairly bad. Once or twice a day someone pulls in the carts it seems. Probably when they get low inside but the employees or management certainly aren't vigilant about it. Clothes. Home and garden center. Deli. Subway inside over the usual McDonald. Guess Viera wants to show off their healthy side? Heh heh. Shelves are stocked and aisles clean. Clean floors too. Will say management does a good job of that. For a split second you almost forget you are in Walmart. The barefoot woman with her thing ha going out of her pants brings you back to reality a split second later however. Right off the freeway. Near the rest of the avenue so you'll most likely be out shopping. Not a bad spot for the smaller items you want to save on. read more

If I could post another review with negative numbers up to -10 I would do so with the newly updated multiple self checkouts which the majority of are CLOSED. I went in to buy some cold medicine near the south entrance. EVERY newly installed self checkout on that end of the store were closed. They had one checkout with a live person near the middle of the store with 15-20 people in that line. I had to go to the other end of the store to find an open self checkout area with open registers down near the food area. It too had a long line of people waiting to check out. This Walmart is pathetic. They put in all of these new self checkout registers and keep most of them closed. We used to spend plus or minus $500.00/month here due to its convenient location to our neighborhood. That is mere pocket change to Walmart. Well Walmart, I am taking ALL of my business to other retailers. I sincerely hope 90% of your current customers do the same. You don't deserve to have any customers now. You are customer unfriendly. I can't imagine standing in your long lines on grocery shopping days. Therefore I will not do so. I will make the drive to the Air Force Base Commissary or in a pinch pay Publix prices for smaller purchases. I will NOT be bringing you any of my time or money. Good-bye. read more

Walmart has some reasonable prices, for the average consumer. Walmart has da hook up on dat kielbasa boi!! If I'm in need of kielbasa, and I'm on a budget, I hit it first and foremost! We ordered a grocery delivery and never received our groceries. It took contacting several people to get refunded but the most disturbing part is that they contracted with a third party to deliver our groceries and never disclosed that - ultimately that is who "stole" our groceries. Note: we had a scheduled delivery but got notifications of delays for several hours... no problem, but then to receive a message saying that our groceries were delivered (not really) was just a huge disappointment. We opted to pay for the monthly delivery service - canceled that and will never use Walmart grocery delivery again. read more

So I shop here at least 2-4 times a week. Its a little dirty for me (store and people ) but it's close to my house. So I go in today to get a watch battery replaced. Lady (asian lady) who already seemed to be in a bad mood..tells me she can sell me the battery but not put it in the watch unless the watch is purchased from Wal-Mart..well I made a point to mention the sign above her head does not state that it only says we replace your watch battery while u shop. As much as I spend here..(equivalent to at least one employees pay ) I would think she would have honored that. So I took a pic of the sign..paid for my battery and left. The only cashier here is slow as hell, and my ice cream I bought literally starts melting on the conveyor belt, because I was waiting so long. I was also mischarged, either because a price wasn't changed, or because some idiot stocker put the item in the wrong place (not surprising, it's Walmart, where you only need a 5th grade education and a pulse to work here). The customers at this Walmart are also seedy. If it wasn't for this store being a Super Walmart, I wouldn't have came here and stuck with the 24 hour Walmart beachside. read more

Nice people but it's hard to check into your curbside order when you can't get into contact with anyone. No one would answer the number on the sign and when we called the Walmart number no one would answer in the curbside department or the customer service department. Waited over an hour before we got in contact with anyone. Other customers who had also waited over an hour got out of their cars to wait for the curbside people. The only reason I ventured into Wal-Mart is because it was the only store containing groceries that was open at 2am. Since the store was sparse with Wal-Martians, it made for a better shopping experience, but there were still a few rude staff members I encountered who made it seem like I was a bother trying to navigate the aisles as they were re-stock the shelves. Also, the store was dirty and I could not find any friendly associates to help me find certain items. I had an order placed for pickup from 7-8pm. I got the automatic notification at 7:01pm the order was delayed. It's now 9:18pm and I have received no status updates, nor does anyone answer the phone at pickup. In the last month, while the employees that load the cars are super nice, so many items are not available, or items aren't in my order, even when they say they are. This whole over two hours late with no call, no email, no text on my order - I will be taking my business and money elsewhere from here on out. Walmart isn't the only place to go. Although Walmart has become a staplemark of American mainstream commerce, I think we need to speak frankly about this business. First off, I must give kudos to the store concept and its origins. Sam Walton t was not unlike your average middle class type entrepenuer whom did his homework on how to open up a retail store. He had some stiff competition and ultimately his vision paid off. Good job Sam, well deserved success. Now for the negative. Walmart is a product of too much success. They are now the defacto place to shop for low-middle income people. While Walmart prices are indeed almost impossibly cheap, they lack variety in any one catagory. Why go to a local business specializing in a niche market when you can simply go to walmart and pay sometimes 25% less at WM? because of the variety offered. Imagine a world where everyone had only 2-3 different haircuts, 20 different selections of clothes, etc...it would be a drab and boring culture. I believe this negative of Walmart is actually its saving grace also. Walmart should remain the "little of this, little of that" variety store, allowing mom and pop shops to continue with a greater variety for people whom enjoy choices. Nobody should fault Walmart for success, but hopefully Walmart will see that a thriving community will have more money pour into their stores. This is only achievable by having a strong small business heart at each community. My recommendation for Walmart shopping would be to buy the essencials (TP, the odd electrical cord, light bulbs, and unfocused shopping items), but when your wanting something specific, then search for your local businesses. Keep the focused money in our town and maybe contribute to people remaining employeed at a decent wage. read more

CLEANEST AND MOST ORGANIZED WALMART I'VE EVER BEEN IN. I have lived in 2 other big FL cities, a big city in PA and also Connecticut. I have never been in a Walmart where the health and beauty items are stacked to perfection and lined up so neatly (very nice). The floor was CLEAN. Unheard of in CT. We could actually find what we were looking for with ease. Again, unheard of in any other Walmart I've been in. We just needed a few things while on vacation from CT and stopped in here per chance. I even sat down and took my blood pressure at the self-service station. (I wouldn't dare sit in the seat at the one near my home, Lord knows it would be sticky with filth). Whoever is managing this location would be an ideal candidate to coach managers at other Walmarts. And the workers were actually smiling, may I repeat, smiling, again unheard of where I come from. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I am a chronic pain sufferer and every time I deal with this pharmacy there is a communication problem. They constantly ring up my Meds wrong and I have to call them to find out if my Meds are ready. You think they would care enough about a customer to contact them and keep them informed about the status of their Meds. I'm done! Maybe I'll try Walgreens it's closer to my house. read more

This is one of the busiest walmarts in Melbourne. There are always lines. I prefer self checkout so I do not have to wait. The shelves are usually stocked and the store itself stays clean. I don't recommend using the bathroom. For the most part the staff is friendly but there are some who don't want to be there and you can tell. I frequent here because it is close to home. They have a pharmacy, deli, bakery, and photo center. read more

This store is open 24 hrs and is wonderful for middle of the night efficient shopping. The self check out is easy and usually fast. Fresh fruits and vegetables are top quality with good variety. Was surprised by the positive caliber of their meats. I hate shopping with crowds and can usually get in and out efficiently. Has a McDonalds and the usual people watching spectrum that never fails to startle. Prices are considerably lower than Publix on many items we use. read more

The Palm Bay Walmart is horrible. We call it the BEGGER store as every time we arrive there is someone begging for money at the front door. Trying to get service at the deli means at least a ten minute wait as the old guy hides in the back room most of the time and pays no attention to the front counter. On discounted items they put the new price on the side of the box rather than next to the original price so at checkout they charge you full price. Want a refund? Go stand in the "service " line for half an hour and wait your turn. Always a long They are generally out of want you want or have fewer than what you want. We try to avoid this store when possible. read more
