It's OK -- it's a Costco. I find their parking lot treacherous, though, due to the unusual layout. I actually got into a fender bender because someone darted into my path to grab a spot because it's so difficult to get a spot. But, the store itself is fine. their jewelry is junk. do not buy jewelry from costco. bought a ring for my wife for our 30th anniversary and the stone fell out and was lost after wearing it 3 times. i called customer service and they said they would gladly take it back. i just tried to return it i am being given a very hard time. i wasted hours on the phone today, after i was told no problem on the return yesterday. what a miserable customer experience. never again!!!! all caps because i am angry! read more

My shopping experience at the pharmacy is the worst I've ever had. The staff is not helpful beyond taking your money. The partcription call in process to the Dr's for refills seldom get completed. The male pharmacist tonight was very rude in his speaking to me and addressed me disrespectful. And when ask why he felt he could? He continued to be rude. I think they need a class about customer service and how important customer is. We make the choice who we want to spend our money with. So go to CVS they love customers. read more

What can I say about a business that is the best in just about everything, quality, price and the tops in customer service hands down! I think you are missing out if you are not a member, I highly recommend Costco for everything from boxes of Cheerios to Whirlpool appliances, from rotisserie chickens to eyeglasses. The brown organic eggs having a blood spots. Many times complained to this company / store. nothing happened. In every 2 dozen pack has 3-4 eggs like that's. This is not right that company charging so much plus the membership fees and providing a low quality products. read more

Visited the optometrist for an eye exam. She was not only extremely patient during the examination but she rectified all of the previous incorrect prescriptions I had received from the likes of Davis VisionWorks and Wize Eyes, etc. I'm so fortunate to have found someone like her! read more

Terrible customer service and the bitchiest staff. My boyfriend and I went shopping at Costco this evening with his father's membership card. As we were checking out a supervisor walked to our checkout line and rudely questioned my boyfriend as to why his dad was not present. My boyfriend tried to explain that it was his father's card and that his parents were just trying to help us out. She tried to push a membership on us and confronted us in front of an entire line of people. I believe her name was Vikki. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Great Costco Store...Open till 8:30 during the weekdays so makes it easy for me to get there on time after work. The normally costco buyer will save money but to get an extra 2% back its better to be a premiere card holder. Also if you wait to get their coupon book you are more likely to save even more. read more

Great prices, quality products and a great return policy. If you can go during the week at 10-12 or 5-7 the lines are pretty short. I love Costco and have shopped here for about 10 years. read more

Love this store. Parking is great and like all Costco's products are awesome. If you go at "off hours" register lines are short. Biggest challenge is escaping without buying things you don't need . Much prefer this store to Westbury. Worth the extra drive read more

I bought a set of tires at Costco about three years ago. On Thursday, August 10, 2017, while riding on the Northen parkway, my low tire pressure sensor lit up. I happen to be confined to a wheelchair and so one can appreciated the need to have this checked out immediately. I drove to the Costco tire department at the Melville location and the technician, whose name is Ceaser, saw my concern and took my car in right away. He noted that there was a piece of metal in one of my tires. He was most professional, pleasant to deal with, sensitive to my condition and my need to have this fixed right away. Not only did he repair the tire in a timely fashion, but he also checked the other three tires to make sure that they were all safe, and then then put air in all the tires to the manufactures specs. Ceaser is the kind of employee that Costco should be proud to have working for them. He exemplifies professionalism, concern, and the caring attitude that he and Costco have toward their customers......kudos to Ceaser and Costco......this is why I have been a member since 1994... read more

I love Costco a lot and was an executive member, been going there for years until one day an employee named Jeffrey choked me LITERALLY choked me. He was always kind of friendly when ever I am in the store and he seemed that way towards a lot of people it was always a bit awkward when he is in the store. He is usually singing or talking loud. Anyway, I loved the store so much that I used to be there a lot I guess he recognized me as one of the regulars but to my surprise one day just out of the blue he just came behind me and in front of everybody grabbed my neck and squeezed my Adam's apple. I was in pain but yes I was shocked and really embarrassed. I changed my membership to a regular one and stopped going there for about a year for fear of getting choked again. By then, there were other stores in the area in which to shop. I was told that he was not there anymore that he was transferred to another store so I've resumed shopping there again still with a regular membership. I could have easily given this place five stars but not after my choking incident. P.S. This happened in the Commack store and so sorry I don't remember which store they said that he was transferred to but where ever he is I caution you to WATCH YOUR NECK !! read more
